Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process. Fast shipping. Good quality. Dtf pricing is a little higher, but the ease of ordering made it worth it for a project I needed quickly.

The transfer quality has gone downhill
The transfer quality has gone downhill. I sent a message last week stating my concerns and have not heard back. Will not be ordering from Jiffy Transfers until I know they will hold up more than one wash.

I am very disappointed in this Company
I am very disappointed in this Company. I received items that was damaged via backing still attached to the letters printed. I was in contact with the AI personnel and assumed my corrected items would be returned to me before my event. Well that did not happen, I needed the order Sunday...but I received damaged transfer again on July 14- Tuesday. I am demanding a refund!!! I am one upset customer! Please correct this PROBLEM!!!

A total waste
The dtf print that upload & paid for it to be cut, came out wrong. I removed the background from the print(I thought) but the print came with arms on the dtf. On top of that it’s non refundable.

Poor print quality
Poor print quality
I ordered a gang sheet of transfers from Jiffy. When I received the sheet, the sheet, the solid black transfers were streaky, as if the ink was low or there was an issue with the print head. The way it was printed, if they had any sort of quality control, it should have never left the shop the way it was. Although customer service responded within a few hours, I was still unable to get a replacement for my customer prior to their event. It ended up coming the next week. This is frustrating because just two months before I had another issue with print quality and therefore missed a deadline. At that point I was assured that extra steps would be put in place to assure quality. It is obvious that those extra steps have not yet been taken.
