Customer Support not existent.

Wanted to reach out to clearly some issues.
Several emails haven’t been responded over 3 months. I tried to call the hotline no one picked up after 10 calls over some weeks. I tried to text over WhatsApp. The messages haven’t even been delivered.

If you got any issue with the product your screed.
Price vs customer support not recommended!!!

After I wrote this review out of nothing they replied to this post and tried to reach out. After describing the issues they apologized but still two weeks later (now the 27th of July) nothing happened. No response to mail mails, WhatsApp messages or anything I requested.

Only social media related post will get reply’s. If I could give negative stars that would be the first time I would want to give them …

I recently bought the handcart from Jipfish. I am very happy with the whole purchase. The handcart is of very good quality.
The delivery was quick and easy via DPD to Germany. The handcart was excellently packaged and protected against any kind of damage. I would buy a handcart from them again at any time. Furthermore, the contact with Jipfish was excellent. Someone is always available for questions and suggestions.

Great kidswagon. We are using it since 7 years now and both kids like the wagon very much. Very good quality and the best service.

Easy process, super nice and friendly personal contact, wagon is high quality. We are super excited to use it! And our kid loves to sit in it.

Fast delivery, so easy to set up and the bolderkar is beautifully designed. We have had many compliments already. It’s easy to pull and my son loves riding in it, so much so that he is often chilling in there at home too. Great customer service and fast response when I had a question.

Our experience with Jipfish was very good and the communication was pleasant and helpful. They addressed an issue of a wrong address promptly and were most supportive and informative. It was rectified and the wagon was received quickly, in great condition and was well packaged.
We continue to be so pleased with their unique wagon design and how easily it works to take our granddaughter for walks. Love it!
