The company is so legit and real in terms of applications and handling of candidates profile both experienced and inexperienced ones...I recommend jobdiva for candidate applications and profile handling in terms of job applications
It does not flag you when you enter a duplicate candidate and the parameters are to tightly needed to flag someone. It literally ends everyone's job the month it is entered. Does not allow some to currently be employed -- very annoying and makes no sense to enter inaccurate information. No candidate ownership appears when entering a new candidate. Not impressed at all with this system
