Reemi Yasmin has been unfailingly efficient over the past few months in flagging me on decisions and actions needed for my Birmingham flat, and she always goes the extra mile in chasing me up if I don't respond in a timely way. This is a great help as I live in Japan and am unable to stay on top of the many changes coming in for landlords. It is such a relief to know that I can depend on Reemi to look after my property with such care.

What a wonderful estate agent to have actually found a property with.
Excellent from start to finish.
We met Mohammed at the property for a viewing he was very professional and polite, had a smile all the time. He has dealt with our needs in a timely manner and communicated very well throughout the process. Staff over a phone call were very polite and helpful.
