JS have been looking after the letting of our flat for the last 4-5 years and it has been very successful in the way everything is managed. They take all the pressure off the owners and carry out all checks and certificates required when instructed. Sue Birch has been very professional and efficient.

I can highly recommend Tina Margetts as a Property Manager. She has been my property manager for many years and replies promptly to my requests and emails. Very good customer service.

Here will be the fastest way to contact with agency, since they are ignoring my phone calls and emails. Please, can someone from agency John Shepherd could write me an email, why they are ignoring me? And why i got messege about inspection and noone showed up? And if i would have another inspection in the future?

The problem is I do not know how to conrtact with you! Pohne calls not pick up or we will call you back and nothing, and emails are ignored as well! So whtas the other way to contact with John Shepherd agency?
