I signed up for the trial but decided not to go ahead with it, I emailed NORM to cancel the trial but they didn't reply and the trial continued. I then emailed over the next week three or four times with no reply. I then called the number on the website with no reply. They keep taking the £35 out of my account. I've now tried all methods to contact them with no luck - maybe this will work.
