I placed an order on Amazon a few months ago, and the products were of very poor quality. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them.

I decided to try these nappies in two options: as nappies and pants. After a short trial I realized these are the worst nappies. First of all, when I changed nappy after about 2 hours of wearing I noticed that there is moisture on the inside of the diaper and that baby's genitals were shriveled because of long contact with moisture. On the second day my baby developed a nappy rush. He is almost 7 months old and this is the first time we had such bad experience with nappies.

Ordered to Amazon ordered one package somehow four packages were ordered. Tried to get three of the package canceled within three minutes of being ordered and jooyna would not cancel them. Used to order directly from them, however because we live in a rural area they tacked on shipping I can get them shipped through Amazon or Walmart for free so I don’t know why they have to charge for shipping. But after this experience, I’ll no longer buy these diapers. They are a small company who tries to grab a business anyway they can. It’s unfortunate because they have a great product but their ethic suck.
In response to your reply, I know that’s not true because when I get my shipment of Jooyna diapers through Amazon, it comes from your location it has your shipping tag on it

a really great nappy! these absorb perfectly even considering my boy feeds a lot overnight and is a heavy wetter. wakes up completely dry but with a big full nappy. it holds so much wee and never a single poo blow out. very happy with these nappies and will def recommend.

Low tox nappies and soft and comfortable!

Great customer service, quick delivery and mostly best natural/eco nappies and I have tired a lot out there. In terms of cost it’s 10-20 cents per nappy which is okay for keeping your child away from chemicals!

The nappies are great quality, help heaps with ensuring no leaks occur and the pattern is very cute :)

The subscription plan ensures that I don't run out of wipes and saves me the headache of finding a suitable product at a reasonable price that is in stock at my local supermarket. Quick and easy to setup and postage is super reliable and quick. The wipes are good quality, stay moist and are gentle on little ones.

I use the pull ups for my baby and have been as soon as he was the right weight. He wriggle so much so these have saved me a lot of hassle. Great value for the quality!

Joonya wipes give me the confidence to wipe my little ones face without worrying about covering them in chemicals. The wipes are wet, meaning I don’t need to use heaps to get the job done too.

Fast and reliable service, when I first ordered the nappies I realised I actually needed the pants so they refunded me and I reordered. Overall the quality seems good, have been reordering for a couple of months now.

I've tried so many different diaper brands and I am SO happy to have finally found the perfect eco-friendly non toxic diaper! So soft, super absorbent, and no blowouts! And most importantly, no diaper rash! The wipes are fantastic as well. Love the convenience of the subscription box and how easy it is to make changes. I cannot speak more highly about the quality and performance of these nappies. I feel like I’ve ’tried them all’ and was sick of the constant leaking and breaking with supermarket cheapies and also with the more expensive eco Naty nappies.
I absolutely love these are non tox and eco friendly, I feel great knowing my children are not in constant contact with chemicals on their tiny developing bodies. Thank you Joonya!
