Everything was perfect, perfect feel, perfect quality! The softness of specific areas is really nice and the body heating is unique. The mobility got better over time and the weight took a bit to get used to but overall I have no issues with the overall product!

Terrible customer service. There are other companies that make these products. Do your research. Please read the reviews and avoid at all costs. They tried their best to keep my money and delay my shipping. I never was so stressed about a company that I had to call a lawyer and reach out to the BBB for potential help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Waste of $3,000 completely.

The availability of products is great . It hard to choose. It would be better to talk to someone about orders etc. always using emails isn’t as friendly as speaking to someone. I have purchased 2 dolls from u. Both r different and both r great. My wm doll arrived on time but did not have the hair pictured on line. I had to purchase my own hair, to make her as pictured. Not only was it the wrong hair . It was very cheap brand. So the initial surprise apon opening was a let down. After I equipped her with the new hair. Now she is just perfect.
