I just purchased a refurbished Dell 5420 from them with a battery life of just over 2 hours. It's under warranty, but they say 1 hour is acceptable. I say that since it's built in and not user replaceable it's considered a hardware problem. I was Dell certified for over 20 years with almost 30 years in support. The real shame is AAFES is selling this to veterans and disabled veterans like myself and taking advantage of us. Pathetic.
