This company is trash they delivered my ordered to the wrong address. Then never offered a replacement, I had to dispute charge with my credit card company. If you can avoid it don't do business with them cause if your package gets lost they won't help you at all!!

Rude, unhelpful, prisoners to unfair and illegal policies. And today I was told I had to drive 259 miles round trip to get their tire guarantee because of their broken machine that has been down for a month. and the rep literally said, well machines break 🤣

Tried to use two different cc's to buy something and it showed error. Sketchy. Maybe bc it doesn't take discover or visa. Double checked all the numbers and wouldn't let purchase. I guess they don't want people buy stuff. A little odd. Who knows

Great until something goes wrong. The customer service reps give you the third degree if your order goes missing and make you "work with FedEx."

This is going to hold up my build now, even though the whole point of buying from here was for speed.

Apparently even when you order a $1500 set of cylinder heads they cannot put them on signed delivery only? Now I'm out here playing detective to find a box that was left SOMEWHERE, with a random picture of my driveway, even when I had someone home all day long to accept it.

Do not order anything expensive from here. WASTE OF TIME.

Wrong part twice, caused delay in repairs, i dont have a fed x near by so major hassle to return. I will be using them again.

I had a not so great interaction with a local big name motorcycle company and when I went to check things out with JP, they got me the answers, that the other guys didn't, fast! Always have what I need and the shipping is fast!

Six times in a row I get messages saying the previously promised arrival date won't happen the package is delayed, and now my package keeps getting farther and farther from home, J&P customer service will not resend the product unless there's been no update in 5 days LOL so that policy would make it potentially an eternity.

I paid extra to have a starter overnight shipped only to find out the next day it never was shipped. The initial call to customer service I was lied to by the guy saying it was shipped. I called back and was told it hadn't shipped so I cancelled my $450 order

Paid over a thousand dollars for an exhaust with express Shipping just to still wait a month for a part. Ridiculous, not only am I waiting no one can tell me where my package is. First and last time.
