As always my experience with Volvo…

As always my experience with Volvo centre cork is great. Had my car booked in during the month of June with a problem that turned out to be the charger. Ian as always is very professional to deal with. Following day met the mechanic and Seamus again highly professional. Well done to all involved. Volvo are lucky to have you on the frontline.

Second time buying a car from J&P

Second time buying a car from J&P; this time from their Douglas dealership.

Same excellent service and quality as Mahon.

Andrew was very informative and helpful throughout, as were the other staff I dealt with through the process.

You were asked to fix an engine fault.
You fix something separate to the issue.
You did not know how to fix the engine fault, but suggested we book the car in again, as you were very busy!
Unbelievably poor service.

Got my Defender serviced last week and…

Got my Defender serviced last week and I must say I was so well looked after. I deal with Barry at service and he is a real gentleman and great at his buisness.A taxi brought me back to work while the service was being done. The service was first class.I was delighted.

Sean in J&P Mahon was excellent from start to finish. Gave sound advise and excellent customer care. Had my new MG 4 Urban really quickly, everything in order. Traded in my old car and got a great deal from Sean. All the staff are lovely, warm and professional. Busy spot but efficient and good communication throughout the buying process. Recently traded in a transit custom for…

Recently traded in a transit custom for a new one and was dealing with Sam Heffernan, I couldn’t recommend jpmg enough and especially dealing with Sam. Everything was very straight forward he understood what I needed to have in the van and what I didn’t need and took care of everything, was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or needed anything and was in communication with constant updates, would highly recommend.

The initial customer service at Johnson…

The initial customer service at Johnson & Perrott was good, but the final handover let them down. I purchased the Diamondbrite protection coating expecting a pristine, spotless car upon collection. When I went to pick it up, the coating wasn't even done. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through on a paid service, despite the otherwise pleasant staff.

I have been trying to get tyres change…

I have been trying to get tyres change for my 1 year MG for several weeks - sent email to sales person in Mahon, no reply, sent another - he promised to pass my query to Parts and Service manager, no reply. sent follow ups - no reply. left emails at info@jpmg - no reply. called reception, they said they dont manage that inbox, transferred my call to Service, after listening to bunch of advertisement i did not want to hear, they hang up. Dont buy from Mahon point - they are too busy to help you!

I took my Peugeot 3008 2020 diesel to…

I took my Peugeot 3008 2020 diesel to this garage at mahon point on two occasions to get a electrical problem sorted out and on the first visit they charged my 140 euro's just to do a scan on my car's electric system to find the fault... Apparently the issue was a ABS sensor fault which they don't stock as in part's. So nothing was fixed even though they were informed of the problem 3 weeks prior to the visit.. Two trips to a dealer that doesn't know how to fix my car.. Two days wasted visit's at my expense. Ridiculous would be a understatement.. Selling car's but can't fix them.Now must find a electrician (Auto). that can sort it out.

Servicing an electric car

When servicing an electric car, I would expect, at a minimum, a battery health check report but did not receive one.
This is the second year in a row that this has occurred.

Reliable, professional and fairly priced with great choice

Bought a family car this week and we are very impressed with the friendly and professional service from Sean who we dealt with and the team that prepped the car for sale (it’s like new). Excellent customer service, superb after sales, and fair pricing. Could not recommend them more highly.

Excellent experience

Peter Punch and all the staff in Johnson and Perrott were wonderful to deal with. Very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to deal with and also gave the best price in all of Cork County so couldn't be matched in both price and service. Very happy to recommend
