Easy communication by email and phone. The collection day was arranged when the order was placed, and a convenient time agreed about 24 hours before. Staff arrived on time. All paperwork was completed and the consignment note was sent by email within 14 days of full payment.

Easy process from start to finish! This is a very efficient service and the team that arrived to carry out the nasty tile removal were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They did a superb job leaving the space clean and tidy when they left. They were swift too! Recommended!!

Awful company with terrible customer service, especially from the owner Jim.

My elderly mother hired them to do a house clearance, sent them photos and everything prior to the quote they provided.

Their staff removed several items from the house that they were specifically told to leave, including a chest of drawers with clothing that was to be kept, the entire contents of the bathroom, cupboards of crockery and also the ashes of our deceased cat, Dexter.

Dexter was a part of our family for 15 years and as can be imagined, they have caused a huge amount of emotional distress for my family.

However, after emailing in a complaint with the request of our cats ashes back, this was the delightful response we were met with: "Thank you for the letter of complaint.

Can we also, proof via photos, invoice for the additional waste take?

The house was discusting and you should be ashamed in asking anyone to spit foot in it.

Their website states "Some house clearance services specialize in clearing properties that might be particularly challenging. This could include homes that have been severely neglected, properties where hoarding has taken place, or clearances following a traumatic event." which is part of the reason we contacted them. Both my mother suffers from severe depression and she is also struggling with lots mobility issues and has been signed off of work, which lead to the house getting run down and neglected.

Think twice before dealing with these people.

I'm from a letting agent in Chester. 2 things about this company... firstly, they did a fantastic job of removing a load of asbestos from one of our properties and would highly recommend them for this alone.

Second, I accidentally paid them over £1000 in error and they returned the payment to me almost instantly. Thanks for saving me a huge headache and sorting so fast.
