The software was extremely disappointing. Many features either did not work at all or were full of bugs. Customer support responded very slowly and was unable to provide any helpful solutions. On top of that, the price is far too high for the quality provided. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company.
JTL is the best ERP software for eCommerce in Germany. It has all the modules: Wawi, warehouse management, shop, connectors, etc. And everything is interconnected and easy to use. And the price is more than fair. We did a lot of searching for the best solution for our eCommerce business, and this is by far the best solution for the best price. We are very satisfied.
