Absolutely love my Julbo goggles! The Reactiv lenses adapt to changing light perfectly, from bright sun to flat light, so I never have to swap lenses. Fantastic design and premium quality. Highly recommend!

They shipped very fast. I just wish they would have more small face (nose) models (reactiv) - so far the only ones that fit like a glove are Camino. I have tried a bunch and they sit on my cheeks instead of my nose. Ended up with Monterosa 2 and those are gorgeous but still a little bigger

Im getting a third reminder to leave feedback but I have not yet received my order. Everything is probably fine but would be great not to be spammed with review reminders before I even get my order…

Really bad customer service. Julbo sent me incorrect glasses. I had ordered a reactive 2-4 sunglasses, but the one they sent were not reactive glasses. When I found out the issue , contacted the customer service and requested to rectify the issue.. The customer service was horrendous. They would respond once every few days and go silent for days! It took a lots of effort to follow up and return these glasses. I am done with Julbo.. Buying from decathlon is better IMHO..

Excellent customer service. I needed original REACTIV 0-4 High Contrast replacement lenses for my old Julbo Ultimate Cover sunglasses, and the customer service team quickly confirmed they were compatible and helped me place my order.

Everything went smoothly; the lenses arrived without any issues and were exactly what I needed. I’m very pleased with the service.

After purchasing one of their products online and receiving the order, I found that the glasses did not meet my expectations, so I requested a return.

However, the website gives me an error every time I try to start the return process. I contacted customer service by email on August 17 asking for help with returning the product, but their response (after 7 days) was simply to try again using the same link, which still does not work.

I replied to the email again, but so far I have received no response. In other words, I have now been trying for around 10 days to resolve a simple return issue, without any solution.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service and hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

I haven’t received the product but have received multiple emails asking for my opinion!

Great product, fantastic lens and frames light and comfortable for everyday wearing in the hills and mountains. Wear them cycling and driving as well and they are just as good.

Best glasses I ever bought from Julbo in my life! And I had about 10 till now. Very good fit and really perfect vision. Photochromic characteristics is really good! Super good for riding in shadows or in semi dark areas. I wish only I didn't buy 0-4, because they are quite bright on high altitudes.

EDGE Cover Reactiv 0/4 High Contrast: Very Good Glases for Mountaineering, would recommend. Beware (-1 star for that): The glass sits a bit unstable without the nose protection (okay for regular activity; lost the glass after a small fall in a crevasse)!

The lenses (0-4 High definition) are great, but the Compass-model is a bit disappointing in design / details. The model did not fit me, but Julbo apparently does not have a customer service / return service, so I can’t return the sunglasses and get a refund.

Customer service issues: No return option from my country in EU via login on homepage. Three messages in 9 days to customer service via online form, but no answer. One phone call to customer service during opening hours, but I was cut off after long wait.

Everything was great with my order. The parts I ordered for my glasses were exactly as expected, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The only thing that could be improved is communication. Replies to emails were quite slow and sometimes took too long.

Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the products and the service. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an issue with the polarized lenses of my Julbo Camino after about four years of use. Although the warranty had already expired, I decided to contact Julbo because I wanted to understand the technical reason behind the lens delamination.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the customer service. Instead of receiving only standard replies, my questions were answered carefully and in detail. The explanations were technically sound, honest and easy to understand. I never had the feeling that my questions were being dismissed.

Original replacement lenses were still available at a fair price, the ordering process was straightforward, and the shipment from France to Germany was quick and uncomplicated. I have now successfully restored my sunglasses myself, and they are fully functional again.

I would also like to thank Marina Ribeiro for her professional, friendly and patient communication throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience a very positive one.

Of course, I would have preferred that the original lenses had lasted longer. However, the excellent customer support, the availability of original spare parts and the respectful communication have left me with a very positive impression of Julbo.

Will definitely purchase from Julbo again. I've bought various pairs of sunglasses for my sons' mountaineering needs. One of my son's broke one of his pairs & the customer service from Julbo was absolutely top notch. I thought we were going to have to throw the glasses away, but this company went above & beyond for us. Very, very happy!

Beautiful design on the Tribute shades, the reactiv 2 - 4 lens is really quite something! Use them for cloudy days and sunny days with a beautiful warm tint making everything pop nicely!
Super fast delivery too, very cute pouch for the glasses. :)
