Product Quality
The polythene gloves are a cheat; probably about 20 out of 100 have one finger torn away from the glove or only have 4 fingers, and the plastic is getting thinner and thinner in the past 3/4 years. (Will try another supplier next time.)
Also, the price of the latex gloves has gone up by a big percentage, too expensive now (I personally use them quite a lot.), and the material is also getting thinner and thinner, very easily torn during use.
Further, some steps leading to the final step of payment are terribly confusing, the way the quantities described doesn't make sense, i.e. the number of gloves in a pack or box is not clear, you constantly worry that you are buying the wrong amount!
Finally, the PayPal feature often doesn't work, not nice!

An XL size would be nice
Ordered 2 pairs of large, unbleached cotton gloves for £2.40, plus £5.95 for delivery, plus VAT, so each pair cost me £5. That's fair enough as most of their customers buy in bulk, so something's got to give. Ordered them on a Sunday and received them a few days later.
The gloves themselves are OK; they're too small to fit properly, but I was prepared for that, based on the measurements provided. I was hoping that the length measurement might be excluding the cuff, but it isn't. They're wearable, so they still perform their primary function; they're just not as comfortable as they might be.
