Very disappointed with JustPadel. They claimed the product was shipped on the delivery day, but four working days later GLS still shows that they haven’t even received the package. No one could explain what went wrong, and I needed the racket as a present. Poor communication and totally unsatisfied with the experience.

Never again
The package took way to long to arrive and there answer was for me to contact Fedex US
The comunication with them was the worst. First, about the reverse charge between companies, that's is the main tax rule and they just stop answer my emails.
The cherry on top is they answer me in French when my comunication was made in Portuguese or english.
I can't even imagine what will happen if I need to use the warranty.
Never buying from them again.

I purchased two padel rackets from this…
I purchased two padel rackets from this website, and unfortunately both of them broke within one month of use after performing a smash. When I contacted customer service, I was told that this kind of damage “cannot happen from a smash,” which is simply not true—anyone who actually plays padel knows that rackets can break this way.
Because of this assumption, they denied my warranty claim, stating that the damage must have been caused by hitting the glass or another racket. However, if that were the case, there would have been clear signs of different types of damage, which were not present.
What’s most disappointing is that after spending around €600–€700 on two rackets within just 2–3 months, you would expect at least some level of customer support, goodwill, or a replacement offer. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and eventually they stopped responding to my emails altogether.
Very poor customer service and after-sales support. I will not be purchasing from this site again.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the handling of your warranty request.
We always try to help customers as fairly and reasonably as possible, even in situations where damage officially falls outside the standard manufacturer warranty conditions. For example, in July last year we already replaced your NOX Tapia racket under warranty as a gesture of goodwill, despite it not being a straightforward warranty case at the time.
We absolutely understand that a racket can get damaged during play, including during a smash. At the same time, we have to assess claims based on visible damage patterns and the manufacturer’s guidelines. In this case, the damage was assessed as impact related and therefore outside warranty coverage.
Although we cannot approve this warranty claim, we have offered Brandon a webshop voucher as a gesture towards the purchase of a new racket.
If Brandon disagrees with the assessment, he is also welcome to contact Siux directly for an additional review.

I had a good purchasing experience…
I had a good purchasing experience buying a padel racket.
Unfortunately the racket came with some light superficial defects but the customer care department promptly resolved the issue on the same day.
I do recommend that justpadel takes an extra effort when packing the product for expedition adding some filling inside the box to make sure the product arrives in excellent conditions to the customer.
