While the tyres were fitted ok
While the tyres were fitted ok, I was told the vehicle needed tracking.An hour later and a refund I left with the steering wheel left in the 10 o’clock position.It was in the correct position when I took the vehicle in for the tyres.They could not correct it.I left and went to kwik fit to have the steering corrected.I have a computer print out of the before and after………….

Booked online and paid for wheel…
Booked online and paid for wheel alignment. Appointment 9.30. Did not leave until 12.15. Wheel alignment NOT done as no equipment although money taken online. No refund on day! Or since. No receipt with details. No response from customer service since despite email complaint. Unacceptable and will not use again due to poor service. Tracking carried out same by Halfords...no special equipment required. Awaiting response from customer service!

Fitted within an hour as I did some local shopping. All good.
A suggestion to enhance experience; Check & Adjust all tyre pressures on car.

Wrong size tyres ordered when I asked about paying the difference as I’d paid online I was told I couldn’t I’d have to wait for a refund which would take 5-10 working days 🤬 I went somewhere else and had them fitted within 30 minutes. Still no refund 🤬🤬🤬

Value for money and efficient.
Easy online booking and payment at a really good price for 'branded' tyres. Staff friendly and helpful on the day and the tyre changes and alignment were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Feedback regarding the hugely rapid wear rate of my old tyres was also appreciated. The only thing that let the whole experience down was the lack of a proper waiting area and drinks machine at the fitting centre, but that's certainly not the fault of the centre's staff.
