Forcing tracking sales
After being asked if I would like the tracking done by one of the employees, I replied with I don’t think it will be necessary. He seemed to believe it was, but I never confirmed I wanted this done. By the time I came back, the tires were changed and the tracking had been done whilst leaving me with a £50 bill I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t even receive a print out about the tracking.

Good Customer Service by Steve, Manager and James Mechanic. They had plenty of tyres in stock (of course)and they gave me an appointment time the very next day. They advised me how long the work would take and were courteous. Brilliant experience.
