Good service all round.

Needed tracking and 4 wheels price seemed reasonable but took 10 minutes .. maybe charge is standard anyway but to customer perception is that for time taken it seems a bit too standard if you get me.

Otherwise all very good.

Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I arrived a few minutes early and the guys fitted the two new tyres immediately. They explained everything in detail and confirmed that the tyres came with a 5 year guarantee and what that consisted of, including on going check ups. I was very impressed with the professionalism.

Made the finding and fitting of 2 rear tyres , a pleasant experience. Friendly and courteous hard working staff , explained the process to me , and kept me informed.

All staff members very friendly and knowledgable and although I ordered the wrong tyres they were able to swap them and put the correct ones on for me. Also then called me to let me know my old tyres had worn unevenly so recommended some tracking be done. Was able to also do this for me within the hour. Great service all round

I purchased a pair of rear tyres for my BMW X6, these are very large tyres that are typically non stock. My car was booked in, unfortunately a few days prior to my appointment I was contacted to advise the tyres had not arrived and I needed to reschedule my appointment. Just Tyres contacted me and arranged an alternative appointment, no drama. On the day of my appointment the staff were very friendly and efficient. I was happy with the overall purchase price, order process and fitting service. Had it not been for the need to reschedule I would have given Just Tyres 5 star.

Excellent service, timing great no waiting checked my other tyres which were OK. Will recommend just tyres if any of friends require tyre etc.

My wife took her can down to have 2 new tyres put on only to be turned around because they couldn’t undo the wheel nuts!!!!! How ridiculous!! I can’t believe a tyre garage doesn’t have a long bar for such occasions!!! So she had to wait until I got home to loosen then for the garage!!! To go back a second time , very very inconvenient .

Excellent experience with Just Tyres in Chesham. They are very friendly and finished job nicely and quickly. I strongly recommend this.

I had a puncture at 7am
I ordered a new tyre and a time for fitting.
That sent me a text saying the tyre I ordered wasn't available but found a alternative for the same price.

I ordered the tyres and booked the appointment on line, but when I arrived they hadn't been delivered (staff sickness apparently). I rebooked for the following day, by which time the tyres were on site, and received prompt, efficient and friendly service from the tyre fitter.

The tyre on my car had a puncture, so I went to Just Tyres in Chesham to get the tyre checked, Steve showed me that it couldn’t be repaired and I totally agreed as the tread was borderline, so he recommended replacing it along with a the other side which I knew I had to be replacing as it was illegal. He showed me exactly what was needed and he went that extra mile, from beginning to end, the whole team there were brilliant and they all gave outstanding customer service, thank you so much for your time today.
