So quick and efficient. My tyre was changed in a few minutes, no problems and no drama.

Excellent customer service, steff clearly knew what they were doing and got on the job quickly and efficiently. The only downside was that there was a half hour delay becasue of a complication with a previous client, mnenaning one of their work bays was out of action. Thankfully I was not in a ruch.

Whilst they replaced tyres for me efficiently and at a good price and advised about new locking wheel nuts, unfortunately they kept coming up with excuses not to align my wheels. They also incorrectly implied that they was a serious problem with my steering which after visits to 2 garages was not the case. I had to go elsewhere for full wheel alignment.

The guy was very helpful and honest, advising I didn't need a tyre, contrary to my BMW dealer's advice.

The guys at the Chesham branch were very helpful with their advice and very efficient when i came in for the tyre fitting

The garage was understaffed with the manager on an extended lunch break leaving just one person to cope who was understandably stressed

Tyres ordered very easily online at a very good price.
Fitting was also quite straightforward and managed very efficiently

Price was good. Booked in for 3.
Arrived at 2:50 told by the manager to return in 45 minutes. Returned at 3:50. Operative apologized and told me that he had been very busy and had only just started .No sign of the manager. I said I would return in 45 mins. Operative rang me at 4:25 to say tyres had been fitted. Again apologised. When I collected the car there was again no sign of the manager.

Easy to order online. Helpful staff. Good online prices. Easy to book and date and time.

I booked 2 tyres to be replaced and tracking done on my work van.
Fast service, good banter with the guys and very reasonable priced.

Staff attitude and ambience. So the tyres were fitted. Good news.
But, pointed out wear on pads and discs, using language such as dangerous, blah blah. On next day at another garage. They were checked and found to be fine good for several thousand miles, etc.
I was given a swift quote for £420 to have discs and pads done, (you tell me if that is about right? Seems expensive as I sat there online checking prices out)
I had the four wheel alignment, and was shocked to hear that my two front wheels were buckled, and then given a card for a wheel business. (And in quotes, I get a create of beer for every ten customers)
As I sat there, a woman having hee tyres done looked very worried as the fitter went to work on her car, with a hammer I believe to get front wheels of a nice polo. (Guess that may help towards the next crate of beer)

I just said, it’ll be fine, they’ll get the tyres on don’t worry, but I think they are a couple of chancers and so I won’t be back.

So in summary, tyres on which is good news, but what I would describe as aggressive and intimidating attitude means I won’t be back to Just Tyres, and will just avoid them in the future.

It may be it was the end of a busy day for them, hence the title’staff attitude and ambience’.

I searched a lot of tyres companies and found just tyres to be the cheapest and guess what they was less than a mile from me apart from that they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them
