Choosing tyres and booking online was easy and the best part of this experience.
When I arrived at the garage early (punctuality is important) there was nobody there yet. Two young men arrived and opened up, and I was told to drive straight in, by one of the young men who was smoking inside the garage.
I left the car with him and was told it would take about 30 minutes. When I returned, he was finishing up then came to speak to me. He advised that the tracking needed doing and claimed it is normally £50 but he could do it for £45 (it's £44.99 when booked online). I have no idea how essential this was so I trusted him and agreed.
He also advised the rear tyres needed to be changed and that the rear discs and pads were worn below the legal limit. This was simply not true. I had the vehicle serviced and the M.O.T. little over a month ago and front brake pads were changed and front tyres were advised but there was no mention of the rear. I have checked them and they do not need to be changed, yet the young man made it sound like a matter of urgency.
I sent an e-mail of complaint to the company, giving them the opportunity to resolve the problem, and the area manager called to make excuses and support his staff. I certainly did not appreciate my personal number being passed to this man, who had no intention of taking my complaint seriously.
The tyres are fine but be very careful not to believe what they tell you.
Edit: When I have gone to check the wheel nuts, the wheel nut covers are missing from one wheel and damaged on the other. Just Tyres are not responding to my e-mails. I know they are inexpensive but it's a matter of principle. Very poor service at the start and even worse that they are unwilling to resolve it. I would avoid them if I were you.

Wanted a specific tyre for my car and I found these at Just tyres. The price was excellent and extra discount for buying 4.
Fitted as per requests and even managed to fit me in before my alloted time. Worksop branch gets a big thumbs up from me and I will use them again!

I came in today 11/6/25 to have a brake check and was greeted by Brad and Leighon such a credit to your team at this site, I told them my concerns from a previous service (elsewhere) and they took the break discs and pads apart and talked me through what needed doing/safety aspects and even checked the vehicle over and spotted another safety issue with one of the tyres, they were fantastic and the service they provided is amazing, they had great advice and explained things in a way I understood, thank you! Will definitely be back if needed again!

Ordered tyres for my van online including fitting at the Worksop branch.

On arrival was told they could not fit the tyres because they only have a 2 tonne jack. What kind of professional tyre installer does not have a 3 tonne jack ?

had vibration after fitting went to have them checked got told I had been told when they took my money they were buckled they were prepayed online so hadn't got a load of attitude of the "Manager" and told to leave. got my mechanic to check had to clean rims fit new valves and balance now ok. have informed everyone I meet not to use

I had a tyre fitted by this company at the end of August last week wile i was away I noticed that the tyre had been damaged . So a new tyre was needed being away I had to use another tyre company who looked at the tyre and said it looks like the tyre had been sliced open and then repaired with some sort of tyre glue a picture was taken of said damage and the tyre replaced. I could not fit the old tyre in my vehicle due to being loaded with luggage. Upon my return I raised a complaint about the tyre and sent photo of damage the company reply was that nothing could be done due to me not having the tyre for them to inspect . the case was closed I would have thought considering they give a warranty with the tyres and it only being 5 months old they would have at least given me back 50% of the cost of the tyre due to the damage I have not had any repairs done to said tyre but when I originally order the tyre it was to be fitted early morning but upon ringing to check if tyre was there I was told it would be with them late afternoon I am now thinking is this because the tyre was damaged and being repaired
