Very quick service. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money

Went to Just Tyres Vesuvius Industrial Estate, Worksop to get my tyre changed. Bradley was very polite and helpful. Sorted out very quickly, great service and very good price with a five year warranty. I will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Having ordered 4 camper tyres online at good competitive prices the centre manager was on the ball and noticed 2 tyres dot code were 4 years old. The centre manager rightly re ordered 2 more correctly dated tyres which delayed original fitting and rearranged as soon as new tyres arrived. Excellent service and would recommend Just tyres and will use them in the future.

Excellent customer service

Seemed ok at first, had to go back after a week for a faulty valve, manger was very good and apologetic, after another couple of months then the other tyre they fitted started going down, rang up and was asked to bring the car in at 1pm for them to have a look, got there on time to be told it would be at least 45 mins before they could look at it as they'd got other cars booked in before me, both fitter and the manager sat around, you'd think for somewhere so busy they'd be actually working on the cars. Before leaving I asked if I would be charged for them to look at it was told a flat out yes, despite being the receipt that references a 5 year warranty on tyres. Went elsewhere as was advised it was a bad seal, tyre refitted and holding air so far.

Having bought 2 premium tyres and spent approx £200 I'd have expected better service and aftercare.

Both the guys were a pleasure explained everything that we were going to have been doing and they did it quite quickly.

Great experience at the Worksop branch.
Knowledgeable manager who was able to identify and resolve an additional tracking problem while I was there.
Tyres were premium brand at a very good price.
Tracking was half I expected to pay.
Highly recommended and I will be returning.

From walking in I had great service, no hanging around I like how everything was done properly and professionally no airtime tools wheels torqued all tyre pressure checked advising me to keep an eye on my front tyres just a great service and Matt couldn't be more helpful I will be useing the service again and have already told others about my experience thankyou 😊

What a great company & super staff. The online ordered tyres were ready & waiting for us, and they set to work straight away.
The two alloy wheels that needed tyres replacing were in the boot, which they removed with care, re-shod with a couple of Avon 18" AS7's, balanced and back in the boot in no time.
The two staff were a lovely balance of professional, efficient & courteous but also friendly & personal.
I felt as though I was treated as a valued individual start to finish - and not just "another job number"

Friendly, professional service.

Great experience very helpful and happy to help. I just turned up with a screw in my rear tyer and the staff were very friendly and sorted my problem as soon as possible.
Would highly recommend just tyers worksop.
