Discrimination

Discrimination.

First I went to the Kappahl store in Tranås. They had an offer 3 underwear for the price of 2. I wanted to buy 3 bras - but the cashier informed me I could not not get the discount, because I am Danish, and thus I could not become member and therefore no discount. You need at Swedish person number.

When I got home I tried to buy the bras In the we ship. They announce that they ship to Denmark. But to get the dismount you need to be a member - and it was not possible with a danish person number.

I will never shop there again.

I would give 0 if it was possible

I would give 0 if it was possible. Staff at Lagunen Center is extremely rude, unprofessional. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible.l am almost 50 and I have never had such a bad experience, disrespected by a store staff for the product that l paid for. She even asked me if l was a Norwegian Citizen. I don’t think that l have to be a Norwegian Citizen to buy and wear pyjamas. Never again.

Lying and rude customer services

KappAhl has so far been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I had by accident sent some clothes that were supposed to be sent to another store and they told me that was not a problem and that would send them back to me. Not a problem at all!

6 months later they have been nothing but extremely rude. The clothes have not been returned and they only tell me that I just have to fix it myself since they have returned the clothes so it is not their problem anymore.

And I would have, I dont mind contacting the postal services... but they have REFUSED to give me any information, not the date of the return or the company they supposedly used to return the product. I have contacted all I know and none of them can find any information about a delivery from KappAhl with my name on it.

This only leads me to believe they threw them in the trash or stole them and are lying to me. So I have lost a lot of time and around 200 gbp for something that was supposed to be an easy fix.

I do understand that I should not have sent it tp the wrong store, but I was very sick at the time and I made a mistake. I contacted them before the clothes were returned to inform them to fix the problem, but have only been served lies from the people working there.

I will never ever ever buy anything from this company ever. This type of customer service comes from bad ownership and leadership and I only feel anger everytime I see their logo. I have never been treathed with less respect by any company.
