Lovely bags but not the right colour for an outfit
The bags I ordered unfortunately returned due to being the wrong colour to match a wedding outfit, but bought a different beautiful one from an outlet store.
I have deducted a star due to wrong information given by your customer service team regarding returning to an outlet store. I was told this could be done and when I visited my nearest store (1 1/2hrs away) the following week, I was told that the policy had changed a month before! I had previously used the chat option on line to get an answer re returning and apart from the fact it took a long time to get a response, I never got a straight answer, hence phoning.

Unfortunately I did not receive the bag, it got delivered to an incorrect address. However, I have sent five emails, numerous WhatsApp’s and called and not been able to get a single response in the last two weeks. Their online chat service is never connected. There hasn’t even been an acknowledgement that it is missing, just simply no response.
It’s honestly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend shopping online here.

The item arrived damaged
The item arrived damaged, i was asked to send photos which i did. Instead of being offered a replacement i was asked to return the item which i did, only to be charged £5 postage due to no fault of my own.
