Fake product from independent seller - but got refund

Update, Kaufland support helped me to get the money back.

Really bad experience with this platform. I bought perfum, it said that it will arrive in 2-3 days, it stayed around one month to be arrived, and the product is fake. I try to initialize a return, I cant!

I bought it on 28 august 2026, I received it on the 25 september 2026. Fake product!

Too short screw for base and lower tray/plate

As I explained in an email, the screw is too short to connect the base and the lower/biggest tray so as for now the tray is not possible to connect or use. I have asked if you can send me another tray or a connection stick with a longer screw… It is supposed to be used in a wedding and this would be a great tray for our purpose.
