1: 5th Feb order was taken via third Party
3: 21st June was the fitting appointment which no one turned up to, I had to call to find out why no one came and reason given was traffic due tube strikes which most organisations in London knew prior to events
4: a reschedule on 27th June also was unsuccessful after I called again to find out what going on. To be told me we can’t make driver to come and fit it as he’s on another job and won’t come today.
No apologies what so ever, that is what frustrates me more, no customer service, I felt like I was somewhat to blame after taking 2 days off work and organise childcare.
5:28th June 07:20 fitter arrives. Done a good job. Was quick.
However overall control of the situation was very poor, communication poor. many competitors elsewhere with better customer service.
