Kelvin fire places situated in Pol Hill…

Kelvin fire places situated in Pol Hill garden centre I thought were a good company until I had my chimney swept last week, I have now been told that the liner they fitted in the stove fitting has not been secured at the top of the pot correctly and could have come away and cost me lots of money, I have emailed them and they can’t even have the decency to come back to me to help or explain why this has happened, clearly rushed job that now I have to get another person in to fix at cost to me, would now not recommend this company.
