Absolutely bizarre. Now I'm still waiting for the whole £108 to return to my account, and worried I may never see it again. Complete scam of a company.

Be careful when using this bookie
Be careful when using this bookie. I had a deposit which failed but money was still taken from my bank. They acknowledged this, and processed a refund to me that never arrived.
I have used several bookies that use the same operator as Ken Howells. I've had a deposit fail like this twice before on those operators, of which both times the bookie put the money into my account balance once I contacted support. But Ken Howells promised a refund that never arrived. Be careful!

Simply put - a really useless, inadequate company. There are many other bookies that use the some sportsbook provider as these (Bet600, BetAhoy, BetTom etc) please use those rather than Ken Howells. If you find yourself having an issue, such as stolen money, they will put you through to a supervisor. But you'll never get a response from a supervisor. You will instead be speaking to relatively useless staff. They'll just keep stalling the issue, won't give you any proper responses. And this isn't your stereotypical somebody moaning at a bookmaker - a lot of the reviews are pathetic for bookmakers. People moaning they don't win on slots, accounts closed because they lost thousands. This is a genuine case of theft. Please, stay clear! As I said above, MANY bookies use the same provider as Ken Howells - and they won't steal your money! Please take notice of this review and avoid this bookie like the plague. There's nothing unique about them. And the bonuses are crap too, only being able to convert your free spins into 10x the value of the spins. Stay clear if you don't want your money stolen!! Will be reporting them further.

Gone are the days when you could have a bet without the bookie wanting to know your complete financial status.
