They quoted and I accepted. They proposed a date for the work; I agreed.
It wasn’t the cheapest quote but the method proposed was the one I favoured.
They came to finalise the arrangement and confirmed the quote and the date.
I agreed to clear the area, remove the dwarf wall, and lift the agreed paving slabs.
I did all this work before the agreed date and in addition removed all the soil to expose the roots to make their task easier.
We got up early on the day for their 9am arrival. By 10am they had not arrived. So I rang their office (no mobile number is provided). It’s just an answer phone so I left a message.
I also sent an email repeating my contact details. Still no reply.
By 11am they had still not arrived or replied. So I sent a message on their Facebook page.
By 12 still no reply or show. So I emailed them again.
A totally waisted effort of preparation and a whole morning.
Still no reply by 5pm so I rang the office again and got the voicemail again, so I left another message
As of now still no reply to any of my messages so, without any explanation provided, I can only assume they are an unreliable, ignorant and ill-mannered company. Beware!
