Great product, happy with the quality and selection of tools.
I would have given 5 stars, but the fact that there is no comprehensive manual on how to use the product let's it down. A few small illustrations is hardly enough. Please don't assume that everyone knows how to use these gadgets, I am a complete novice and found it annoying and frustrating to try and figure out how to use them. U tube was not very helpful either as each one only lasted seconds. So come on guys, for the sake of a few extra pence a booklet with proper instructions would enhance a great product.

Inaccurate and misleading product information
Very disappointing- I purchased a ‘new’ Kenwood Multi Tasker stand mixer last week, from the Kenwood website which stated that there were different attachments available to order for this machine. I intended to buy the food processor attachment, had the correct product code for it from the manual, but could not find it anywhere online to order. I contacted Kenwood customer service live chat, but the agent was unable to help and progressed the query further. I heard nothing, other than an email congratulating me on my purchase of a Kenwood Prospero +. Confusing. I have now received an email this morning informing me that the attachment I would like is no longer available, but I may be able to purchase it from an independent seller (I can’t, I’ve tried!). Also, if I choose to return the machine I have to cover the cost of postage. So, I am left with a mixer than I can’t use to its full potential and I feel I have been misled. After a two hour ‘experience’ with Kenwood customer service (the product appeared to be a mystery to them - I had to send photos of the machine and packaging) I have concluded that I will not be purchasing any Kenwood, Delonghi or Braun product in future. I should have bought a KitchenAid.

I have had a Kenwood food processor for about 12yrs, and is still going strong. I purchased another recently, as There are so many more attachments with more uses than my old one (one blade). Obviously a name you can trust and rely on.

I thought the service was excellent. I love my new Kenwood and will really enjoy using it. I had my last Kenwood for 30 years. I am hopeful this one will last me the next 30 years!!
No free returns
Good price for both my new kettle and toaster with 10% off for new customers. However unfortunately I ordered a Slate Grey Kettle to match the Midnight Black toaster. They do not have the Midnight Black Kettle on their website and unfortunately the slate grey looks black. Had to return it and it cost me £7 so my savings were not really savings at all. So many companies out there offering free returns I should have checked before ordering.

When I was a child my mother had a Kenwood Major which she used almost on a daily basis and thoroughly enjoyed the use of. I have always had a Kenwood mixer but decided I needed to upgrade to the Chef XL, which appeared to be the modern equivalent of the Major and am extremely pleased with its performance.

Terrible Customer Service
No issues with the product but the delivery and Customer Service were terrible.
Ordered on 01/04. Received late 10/04. No updates on when my order would arrive. Contacted Kenwood by email, automated response of acknowledgement and nothing else. Tried Live Chat function. Took ages to get a reply and they could offer no assistance at all nor put me in touch with anyone who could help.

My order hasn't arrived after 13 days, no receipt or update, tracking isn't working
I placed my order on 1/04/26, received an email on 7/04/26 saying that my order had been shipped and was on its way and also that I'll receive my receipt in a separate email within 24 hours. As of 13/04/26 I've received no order, no receipt, no update, the tracking number /link isn't working.
I'm very upset - 12 days passed and it looks like my parcel has gone missing. My previous experience dealing with Kenwood customer service was extremely poor. and that's why I'm very apprehensive to contact customer service again.
Gemma, from Kenwood UK replied to me directly on 13/04 - promissed to investigate and reach out to me directly. Today is 14/04 and I have heard nothing from them and the item is still missing. In the meantime I've noticed that there are only 8 items left of the website so I'm very concerned that while they've been 'investigating', the item will be sold out. I tried to call Kenwood customer service directly but they are useless - no help, no information, no update. Just told me to sit and wait for the item to arrive. Very fraustrating experience!

Durable, serviceable and beautiful.
We bought a second hand Kmix AGA edition. It is a little small for what we need but that’s on us. The unit itself is superb, works every time. I clogged up the top by putting too much dough in it which resulted in requiring a repair. Jumped on line, bought spares, fitted spares and boom done, as it should be.
These days durability and serviceability are of paramount importance to us and probably the world tbh. Kenwood stuff works and when it doesn’t you can fix it, perfect!
