Absolutely Delighted
Wow - my new Ken wood mixer arrived. Securely and safely wrapped in the box. The Delivery was excellent and my box was left in a safe place as requested.
My first recipe I made was a Coffee & buttercream 🍰icing for my niece so I’m waiting to hear the results on the cake,🤔 but the Kenwood easy to use. The mixing of the ingredients was excellent likewise with the buttercream.🥮 no issues.
Very pleased with my Kenwood just lot more baking to do. Thanks!

Very pleased with service
I have a very old kenwoid mixer. I was wanting a mincer attachment. Kenwood helped me by supplying one. My only criticism is that connecting the mixer attachment to the adapter is quite fiddly. I looked at the instructions they were clear, but how it works in reality is a bit hit and miss. I do have arthritis in my hands so I don't suppose that helps.

Expensive for what it is
Whilst they responded quickly and fitted the units the next day from the survery, quickly after installation I realised the heat recovery units installed weren’t “Kenwood Heat Recovery System”, but an off the shelf brand, where a Kenwood sticker was placed over the logo. Installation was very quick and no external vent or hood installed (just pushed up against a pre-existing air brick). A humidity extractor fan was also installed, no vent just against up against an air brick and glued in place. It’s too early to say if they’ll solve a condensation issue, but I do worry about performance of the units as the air bricks are exposed fully when there is adverse weather. It clearly would’ve been much cheaper to buy the branded units myself and have an independent contractor install them - therefore I cannot recommend Kenwood. Very expensive for what was provided.

Cooked the best pizza ever
I have been looking for a pizza oven for quite a while but thought most looked flimsy and not up to the job until I saw the Kenwood pizza oven.....It was so much fun to use and the pizzas were just wow. We made our own pizzas and it was honestly the best pizza I have ever tasted. It was easy to use and cooked in just 4 minutes. The stone base and big spatulas made us feel like pros!! The mozzarella bubbled up nicely and the dough rose easily with the temperature. We even baked a gluten free one too on shop bought base. This is the best and I highly recommend buying one...no matter what age you are!! You can also cook crepes so will be trying that next :-)

Great bit of kit!
I’ve been waiting to buy the ice cream making attachment since last year! So happy with my purchase, I made incredible vanilla ice cream with it as soon as the bowl was cold enough!! Would definitely recommend - delivery was speedy too ☺️
