Exceptional service and people.
From start to finish, Alex, Pippa, and Jamie at KFH Raynes Park made selling our home a genuinely smooth, personable and professional experience. From day one, they laid out a clear plan and timings, and within a month had secured two serious buyers.
After accepting an offer, the process moved swiftly and exactly as agreed, with exchange and completion within our expected timeframe. Pippa was particularly outstanding throughout the journey, guiding us through every step of conveyancing, keeping communication open with the buyers, and consistently going above and beyond when we needed it most.
The whole team brought a calm, respectful approach that took the stress out of what can often be an overwhelming process. They listened carefully, delivered on everything they promised, and never needed to be chased.
We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Confrontational in Peckham
A quick call this morning from the Peckham team has put me off using them. Confrontational and unpleasant, and not interested in the customer. I cancelled the valuation and chose a different agent to value and sell my house.
Useless incompetent company
Useless incompetent company. They screwed up paperwork at beginning of tenancy. Then try and blame landlord saying we didn’t read paperwork, nothing about their own incompetence and failure to audit their own staff. They refused to provide legally obligated paperwork. They withhold money. They refuse to resolve. Their customer service is incompetent and doesn’t respond and doesn’t resolve. Their executives hide behind complaints processes and doesn’t actually know what they are talking about, spouting incorrect illegal drivel. They shared private banking details to third parties and kept them visible for over one month. They attempted to force commission on 24 month tenancies that don’t exist. Their only response to anything is forcing ‘upsells’ constantly and breaking laws. They are a shameful company. Avoid them at all costs.
The absolute WORST estate agents ever
The absolute WORST estate agents EVER!!! Took over as our primary estate agent, following the aquisition of the group we used before.
Not only incompetent and slow, but tried to charge us for cleaning of the property at the end of tenancy that wasn't even completed!!! Luckily, we did not have to pay anything due to a third party advisor; however, blindly following a landlord's word (even though it's ILLEGAL to charge for work that has not been carried out) is a symptom of the bigger issue - stupidity and a severe lack of any form of management of the agents at the junior level. Do NOT use for rentals if you can avoid.

Nick Di Palma is a huge asset to KFH
Nick Di Palma is a huge asset to KFH. He is prompt, efficent and to date has always done his best to get an issue resolved for the best outcome for the landlord an the tenant. As a landlord this makes my life easier and this is why I pay the managing fee to KFH. It is helpful to know that I can rely on Nick.
Maria was so helpful
Maria was so helpful, quick to answer our queries and arranged for a contractor in no time. Thank you so much!
Smooth process.
Selling your home can be hard at times but Matthew from KFH made the whole process easy, from the valuation to the open day he had arranged at my property. He kept me informed throughout and was always on the end of a phone or email if I needed reassurance or information Thank you to Matthew and team.

There are over 6,000 residential letting agencies operating in London. I will choose any of the other 5,999 agencies before I ever consider going back to KFH.
Based on my experience, they are; unresponsive, uncooperative, inconsiderate, and most of all INCOMPETENT.

Very disappointed by verbal offer of financial help towards indemnity insurance, which was later reneged upon. Don't trust them, completely lacking integrity, go elsewhere.
Andree is fantastic
Andree is fantastic, attentive and liaises really well between myself and the Landlord.

If you are tenants, avoid this agency at all costs! It’s an absolute disaster. During my three years of renting through them, every time I asked for something, I received no answer. However, the one time their bank details changed and my rent payment was delayed by just 48 hours, I immediately got a threatening email!
When I moved out of the flat — which had been poorly maintained by the landlord — it took them one whole month to return my £3,000+ deposit.
Timeline of events:
• Tenancy ended on March 9, with a full professional cleaning carried out by the company recommended by the agency itself.
• March 19: WhatsApp from my landlord — “I released the deposit yesterday (Jack).”
• March 20: Email from the landlord — “Yes, please do so. I told Jack from the agency already!”
• March 23: Email from Jack — “Please liaise with Mr. Dragone to release the full deposit as instructed by Ms. Wesseloh.”
• March 27: Email from my landlord — “Let’s bring this to an end, please. I agree to your proposal below.”
• April 1: WhatsApp from landlord — “I don’t have time to argue any longer. I’m informing Robert now regarding the release.”
• Then another message from the agency - same day - “The landlord has confirmed to proceed with the agreed deduction of £120 + VAT (£144). I have passed this to the post-tenancy team for processing.”
• Finally, I received my money back on April 10, more than a month later!
The check-out report even stated that the flat was in the same condition as at check-in, except for a few minor carpet stains. « The bathroom door handle was missing at the start of his tenancy, and the bathroom window appears to be in much the same condition as it was at the start of the tenancy. The toilet I do not see any real difference. The carpet there are some minor additional marks, excluding the marks caused by the door rubbing on the carpet »
The only person who truly helped me was Mitchel McKnight, who did his best to mediate between the dishonest landlord and me — thank you, Mitchel!
Unfortunately, since their merger with KFH, this agency suffers from a total lack of accountability from the different departments.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience from Bayswater branch. Offer was accepted, I asked for confirmation on flooring (it was being replaced and was TBC) agent agreed to check with landlord. Heard nothing back for 3 days - I called to ask for an update and was told they'd rented to another person instead who didn't ask questions. Valentina the manager was rude and dismissive and hung up on me. I called back to ask them to send me complaints contact - they never did. Called up their regional manager and complained - he was zero help and although said he would follow up - never did. AVOID. they are the type that gives estate agents their bad name.

Outstanding Property Manager – A Real Asset to KFH
I’ve had an excellent experience with my property manager, Maria. Previously, I hadn’t been particularly satisfied with KFH, but that completely changed once she took over the management of my property. In fact, I’ve chosen to remain with KFH largely because of her.
Maria is consistently responsive. She is professional, approachable, and very reliable. I have complete confidence in her advice and knowledge, which is incredibly reassuring as a landlord.
What really sets her apart is the care she takes in both her communication and the service she provides. She genuinely cares, which makes a real difference!
Excellent experience with KFH
Excellent experience with KFH during my remortgage. Fred Abayeta and Sharon Seale were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their advice was always clear, practical, and very helpful, and I felt fully supported at every stage. I was kept constantly updated and any questions or missing documents were handled quickly and efficiently. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and responsiveness. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Two years with KFH; Not without its bumps, but Lily Porter is the reason this isn't a two-star review
Two years with KFH. It's been a mixed experience, if I'm honest.
The early period was rocky; the transition into the property wasn't handled as smoothly as it could have been and we spent a fair amount of time feeling like we were chasing rather than being looked after. Not a great start.
Things have changed considerably in the last six months, and the reason has a name: Lily Porter. Since taking over as our property manager, Lily has been everything you'd want from a dedicated point of contact—prompt, reachable and genuinely helpful when navigating a set of issues that were anything but straightforward. She manages expectations honestly, follows up without being chased, and gets responses from the landlord when they're needed rather than when it's convenient.
She's singlehandedly shifted how we feel about KFH as an organisation. That's not a small thing.
KFH — hold onto this one.

We cannot thank Ivan Marla at KFH (E Dulwich) enough for helping us secure our new rental property ! As a family with 2 young kids looking for a home in a very competitive market, Ivan was a beacon of professionalism and efficiency. He listened carefully to our needs (kid-friendly neighborhood and close to schools, etc.) and only showed us properties that truly fit our criteria. His communication was brilliant throughout the entire process — he was open and honest at all times, and even called on his days off to ensure he keeps us informed, which kept me at ease. Thanks to his dedication, we found a great home and finalized everything smoothly on schedule. I would highly recommend Ivan :)

Samara dealt with the sale of our property and from the start was excellent keeping us informed throughout. Really appreciate Samaras hard work from start to finish.

Terrible experience with Tim Beattie in West Dulwich. Do not sell your home with him. There was a lack of communication, he doesn’t listen, he doesn’t answer calls, and he is simply ill-mannered. I do not recommend him and pity the team working under him.
