Bad workers

While the company does offer quality products, it would be prudent to reassess and replace certain staff members who systematically ignore customer specifications. Their apparent focus is solely on completing sales, without offering any meaningful support to clients.
Orders arrive separately, invoices are split without any prior notice. Customer requests are not taken into account. It is total chaos.

P.S. – Reply to kfzteile's response: In your response to my review on Trustpilot, you asked me to send you all the information regarding the incident. Everything was sent to the email address you provided in your reply.

(Of course, kfzteile24 never replied to my email. Their response on Trustpilot only serves to appear "proper" and to make it seem like they care about their customers. The reality is that they couldn't care less.)

Quality and great price.

I ordered a quality part from Meyle at a very reasonable price. Kfzteile24 prices are nearly impossible to beat in addition to the timely shipping.

I have not received my order. Please refund the shipping cost as well.
They sent antifreeze for 13 euros. and other parts for 540 euros no and don't want to refund the shipping cost. Real scammers.
