Do not buy from these guys - scammers!
Ordered a baby steriliser weeks ago & they sent something that’s not even on their website - a plastic bottle warmer that doesn’t work. I asked to return and start the process to get the correct item. Won’t answer the phone & goes to voicemail (isn’t a good sign for a company) won’t return emails - I had one response initially saying keep the incorrect product (that I don’t need & clearly doesn’t work) & they’ll try dispatch the item so waited again but I’m still chasing weeks later with asking when dispatch or can they just provide a refund but no response to anything.
Very frustrating - shame I didn’t check reviews before purchasing. I’ve had to contact my bank to see if they can help get my money back so I’m not out of pocket.

I made a purchase of a childs mat from their website. I should have done more research first. After processing payment no delivery details were available. You need to download a google play APP to check status. A few days later it said product had been delivered- total BS. Plus their email contact includes a +93 number AFGHANISTAN! LOL

Been robbed
I ordered a pregnancy pillow on the 7th of April and still have not received it.
When I emailed for a refund I got an email saying there's a delay on delivery.
I'm very disappointed. I have been robbed.
I will be taking this further.

Writing a review because I was unsure about the company, due to the lack of reviews and not having come across the 'Reviews.io' site before.
Ordered, quick delivery, products seem really well made, perfect for some DIY with a toddler! Will try to update.
- Update 14/06/21, products work well, keep my toddler protected and they're happy getting stuck in with some 'smashy smashy'.

Very disappointed to have placed an order, nearly 2 weeks later and the order still hasn’t arrived. After contacting them directly, there was no support about where my order was or when it would arrive. I was advised it was due to Royal Mail slowing down their delivery, however other orders from Royal Mail have arrived in a timely manner. I wouldn’t bother ordering from this company. They need to improve their customer service skills

Ordered a replacement wet suit for my granddaughter and it arrived promptly. Suit of good quality to touch and was competitively priced. Really pleased with the service and the suit. Just in time for her to use on her return to school and the wet weather
