King Arthur Flour Reviews 

I've used and purchased many of their products and found them to be of very high quality - both their flours and other ingredients, and the tools and bakeware they offer too. I recently had a purchase that was damaged during shipping, called their customer help line, and they replaced the item no questions asked and thanked me for my business. You can get their products other places, sometimes cheaper even - but customer service like that is exactly why I'm happy to pay the extra dollar or two! I like that they're employee-owned, and it shows. Good people and I look forward to future purchases.

I am quite fond of King Arthur Flour’s products and recipes, rarely have I had a problem. I recently bought three of the Prokeeper+ Cookie Storage Containers. However when they arrived, one was missing the terracotta stone in it. I notified customer service expecting them to send me a replacement stone but they sent me an entire container with stone. Very pleased with their friendly and fast customer service. I am a very satisfied customer!

The customer service folks were quick and competent answering my questions about the products I was ordering, didn't try to sell me a ton of other stuff while I was chatting with them.
