If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a "door buster" online to be shipped to store. Next morning the order cancelled by Kirklands because they dont have in stock in the store. I called customer service and spoke to Jody. I said I was aware that they werent in stock, email says it would be ordered and I would be notified when it arrived at store. She offered to try to re order but not at the door buster price. And it may just be cancelled again. I will never buy from Kirklands again!!!

Too much Tylenol

Kirkland is great, but on the label on 500 mg acetaminophen the directions say to take TWO CAPS EVERY 6 HOURS. This is too much! Could hurt someone!!

Not so thrilled

Not so thrilled, tall skinny curly headed woman is lazy and rude, short and unhelpful. We have a house in the British Columbia district and one in the Cincinnati area also here in Florence. She is the typical “ I’m unhappy with my life” person miserable and not someone that should be working with the public or other associates. Toxic people should be isolated. It is only logical that if the staff is this way then management is in line with her attitude. I will be glad to take my business elsewhere like pottery barn or home goods. As for Kirkland, it’s a no go in this city.

Disappointed ghost frame

I was so excited to find this frame and purchase it. I have kept it in the closet until I was ready to display it and now as I’m looking at it, it has bubbled everywhere. Not the quality I would expect from Kirkland‘s and for a $45 frame. This is so disappointing. I would return it but I can’t even replace it.

no customer service

I went to the Kirkland in Buffalo today 5-13-25, I ordered a full length mirror and I admit I was off with the length and it was way too big so I asked if I could go look at other mirrors which I did. She seemed a bit annoyed with me. I apologize there was no reason to be that way, then I asked her for some help carrying it out. I have two torn rotator cuff and I’m going through cancer treatment I needed help carrying it out. She told me she was the only one in the store and I saw another worker and she turned away. I had the hardest time carrying this mirror out and I know that she could see me what happened to the customer service she could have helped me to my car it was right up front and I was in tears by the time I got inside my car because I was in so much pain I will not buy anything from Kirkland again and you can thank Ashley for that !!

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE TO BE DELIVERED…

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE TO BE DELIVERED FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a couch on November 30th. Their claim is it takes 4-7 business days to be shipped. It is now January 14th and I still do not have my couch. I have called multiple times to inquire. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They won't give my money back as they are blaming Fed Ex for not delivering the couch and they said If I request my money back, they won't give it to me until Fed Ex locates the couch and sends it back to them. Problem is, Fed Ex says they don't have the couch. I requested a supervisor to call me three weeks ago. Still no call. I requested a Fed Ex agent to contact me, no contact made. I am beside myself with this issues. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CAN PERSONALLY PICK IT UP.

Too bad so sad!

I ordered an item on 12/29/24. It said should arrive 4-7 days and I would be notified when it shipped. When I had heard nothing by Jan. 7th I called customer service. The lady was very understanding, but could not figure out why my order had not shipped and told me that someone at the next level would have to get back to me in 2 to 3 business days. I found that annoying and called back a couple of hours later and spoke to a gentleman who said I had no choice but to wait for the next department to contact me. So I asked to cancel the order. He said that also could not be done and I had to wait for the next department to get in touch with me first then it could be canceled. There was no supervisor that I could speak to regarding this. Pretty much a so sad too bad situation. Horrible customer service.

I believe Kirkland's is misleading In…

I believe Kirkland's is misleading In their ship to home orders. I ordered on 11/27 saying 3-7 business days. I had several phone calls to customer service after seeing FedX not updated since placing order. Customer service agent was very rude!! My order online says shipping from TN she said No California... Big difference! Will NEVER order from here again!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

I placed an order on 11/7 and its 11/21 today and still no merchandise

I placed an order on 11/7 and rcvd an email on 11/10 stating my order is on the way. Today is 11/21 still no merchandise. I called customer service today and the rep was very rude and not helpful whatsoever, she also hung up the phone. They are blaming the courier so I called fedex who stated they do not have my package and the label was created by the store. Not sure how long it takes to process an order. I should have checked the reviews before placing an online with Kirklands. The rate they are going soon they will be going out of business. Props to Amazon

Kirkland's online order disaster.I ordered several items online and…

I ordered several items online and received them on 11/15/2024. On item, a lantern had 2 broken glass panels which I reported to their customer service phone number on 11/16/2024, requesting a replacement lantern. They requested I send a picture of damaged item via an email which they sent me. 6 emails later and 2 phone conversations and emailing of picture on 11/16/2024, I received another email reply on 11/20/2024. This one asks me to respond to their email with more pictures of damaged item IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT.???????? What can that mean??? I had sent picture from my camera phone via email in .mp4 format. Lesson learned: Never buy from Kirkland online. What a shame because they have some good products.

Kirkland’s delivery speed is so poor

Kirkland’s delivery speed is so poor! One time I made an order online to be delivered to the store I couldn’t believe it took almost a month for the order to come in. I ordered again bc they had the best price on the products I wanted but it was with great consideration bc I knew it would probably be forever before I received my items. Well sure enough should have just paid the extra money to buy the items from another retailer to get them in a more reasonable time. Well anyway with online shopping being the preferred way of shopping these days Kirkland’s needs to get inline with the competition as their shipping speeds really need to be addressed. Oh I opted to just make my purchase with another retailer paying more just to get it sooner. I am sure I will still get the items from the other retailer in first although they were purchased way after my purchase with Kirkland’s.

Worse product ever do not buy it.

I loved kirklands products at lease that's what I thought until I purchased this wreath. The wreath is called Tricolor yarrow orb swag item # 306461. When I received the item all the wreath products was coming off in crumbles not only in the box but every where in the house. This left the wreath look awful and bald spot areas. Just a eyesore. When I complained to customers service they gave me such a hard time, I had to upload pictures and write a email the product was less then $20. I purchase from kirklands at least 3 times a month, why would you want to lose a loyal customer over this is beyond me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

online ordering with Kirkland

I placed an online order with Kirkland, but out of the three items I ordered. I only received two. The third item shows as delivered, but it was never actually delivered. I checked my ring camera footage and no one came to deliver anything on the date they claim. When I contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do and advise me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Based on this experience, I will never order from Kirkland again and would not recommend anyone else do so neither.

They sell the rug I put on-hold to the register while I'm still shopping

I went to Kirklands Store planning to buy a washable runner. I found one that is on sale. Actually, I been eyeing that rug the last time I was there and I was glad they still have it in the store. I asked for assistance for the color that I like and told the salesperson to leave it on the register while I'm still looking around. When I was ready to pay the rug was no longer there. I've seen one on top of the counter but it was not the color that I choose. The lady that was helping me happens to be the store manager and she couldn't find it. As a manager she must know what's going on in the store. She didn't even asked anyone where it was. Instead, she went to the floor, grab the display item and give it to me. I said no, that is not what I picked, I want the one that is still wrapped. I felt bad, disappointed and humiliated. She apologize but her tone of voice was harsh. I have a doubt she allowed to switch the color and sold it to another customer. She is very authoritative. This is not the first time I've encounter this kind of behavior from her. The last time I went shopping it was her assisting me. She put-out the jar to the floor for display without asking if I'm going to buy it. I said, "I'm going to buy that jar". She is pretending to be nice but in reality she is very rude. Could not imagine a small town like Ocala, Florida has this kind of business running around the area. Where people have no choice but to accept this kind of terrible customer service.

I hope the management of this company will "ALWAYS" value their customers more than anything else. They need to train their managers and salesperson to a world class customer service.

Placed my order on September 1 online…

Placed my order on September 1 online and waited two weeks. Payment was taken from my bank on September 13 and then immediately after I got an email saying the product was damaged and they were sending a replacement. Two days later on the 15th | get an email stating that my order has been canceled yet l still have no refund. I called and I spoke to the customer service agent Tavia. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, unpleasant and unapologetic. She kept talking over me and repeating what she had
already said like I was dumb. I felt personally attacked just for wanting to know what had happened with my order and so I recommended that she get a new Career potentially as a janitor which would have very little customer contact... obviously I was very upset at this point, and then she hung up on me. This has been a very horrible customer experience from Kirkland.

I usually purchase in store however…

I usually purchase in store however this time the items I wanted were not in store. I ordered on 9/2. A shipping label was created on 9/3. The next transaction was 9/12 and it says on its way from California. No delivery date is given. I emailed FedEx and Kirkland’s and got a bounce back that I would be contacted shortly. Two days later and I am still waiting. I called customer service a few minutes ago and she apologized that it was late and suggested I call FedEx. I asked for other shipping options and was told there were none. I said, so don’t order on line and she said yep…buy in the store. I shared about my email and she said they are very busy and they are answered in the order they are received. Lesson learned…
