This company is a **SCAM**.

I placed my order on **June 19, 2026**, and as of today, there has been **absolutely no movement** on my shipment.

To make matters worse, they provided me with **two different DHL Express tracking numbers**, and neither of them has led to a successful delivery. I live in **Canada**, while the company is based in the **United States**.

I have now been contacted by **two different customer service representatives**, yet neither of them has been able to provide a solution or a clear explanation. Instead of resolving my issue, they keep passing me from one person to another.

At this point, I no longer want the product. I am demanding a **full refund immediately**. I have requested a refund several times, but now **no one is responding to my messages**.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company unless they are willing to risk losing their money. i do not know if this company exist

This company is a scam I ordered on june 7th and the order was supposed to be coming in on june 17th then I received a email saying I need proof of my order this never happened to me before then when I sent it I never got a response then my order got cancelled and I just reached out to the company after receiving an email that my order got cancelled and the refund is on a different card that I don't have and I explained to her the situation and basically was told she don't know what to do and trying to blame my bank and I sent her the screen shot again and she got the nerve to say she the product was not in stock but I can repurchase back now

This company is a scam. They charged me $49 dollars for expedited shipment, but the cream arrived after 21 days. I have contacted them more than 5 times, but they always lie. It appears to me many of the products are coming from abroad and not TX.

I’ve ordered from this company before and while it took over a week, my package did arrive. This time is different. I placed an order on April 8, 2026 and still have not received anything. USPS tracking has shown “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending” since April 9 with no movement. It has now been over two weeks with no updates. The seller keeps saying it is moving but provides no proof. Poor communication and misleading information. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent expired face cream and lotion that was growing something dirty and gross inside. I sent a picture asked for a refund and return label never received it. They kept asking me irrelevant question about their nasty product. I wish I researched them first. They should not be in business.

I have been ordering from this company for more than a year now. My orders come in timely manner, and nicely packaged. Their products are great and legit.

Order took 2 months to get to me, they said they are based off of Texas and I am in New York. They did even deliver want I wanted, rip off

the product that I ordered was a face cream. the cream was expired and had a bad odor and color. I tried to contact the company thru email with no response and they refused to give me a refund. This company is a mess, stir clear.

We placed an order with Kismet on December 1st. As of February 1st, the package has still not been received. I gave the owner ample time to resolve the issue, but the tracking number provided does not show that the package was ever received or even entered into the carrier system.
I made multiple attempts to allow this to be corrected, but there has been no resolution. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering.

I have been using Venus de Milo complexion face cream for years, which worked well. I started to buy from this service and the cream did not seem was the same, as I had before. The cream did not work anymore. I noticed the box colour was different, it was not as pink, the smell was different and the texture was different it was runny. I like to stay topped up and bought multiple boxes. I throw away most of it in the bin. The company said the product was genuine. I wander if anyone else had similar issues.

This site is a scam. This company created a label on 11/25/25 with USPS and USPS still waiting for the items. I sent numerous email requesting refund. This company continued to lie and say the package is on the way. I filed a claim with Better Business Bureau.

Excellent. I’ve been using them for over a year too 2 years now. I’ve never had any problems. And their international delivery is excellent. I’ve only had one issue and when I contacted them their customer service was fast, efficient and excellent! I will continue to buy from them and continue to recommend them. Their products are genuine and great customer service all the time.

The company is a scam. I never received my products and they don’t want to refund my money. They are asking me to pay shipping fees again to resend my products because they said there is something wrong with my address. But there is nothing wrong with my address. They just want to try to scam more money from m. Useless company

Scamming company I never received my refund the owner sent a fake email stating refund was issued on sep 11 its sep 25th and havent received anything I wish I reviewed the other reviews of scammed victims

They are scammers

RUN, they are scam. I never received my refund. I had to report them to FTC. I said run.

I ordered lotion on 7/19/2025 and was supposed to receive it on 7/26/2025. Today is 7/30/2025 and still no item. USPS still is waiting for the parcel before they can ship it out to me.

I emailed the company and they told me the item is coming however, usps has not even received the item. THEY ARE A SCAM! Fraud!! I will be reporting them. Don’t purchase from this site.
