AVOID AT ALL COST
This is THE worst company you will find on the internet. They have recently shot to fame in the Daily Record:

I am going to stick to the facts. Nothing less. Nothing more.
Maureen Quinn is quick to take your money. However, when it comes to delivering goods and services, she is extremely slow. The goods she delivers are of very poor quality and in most cases, incomplete.
Kitchen Bathroom Designs don't actually exist on Companies House. Nor does Maureen carry any business insurance. And none of her workmen are qualified to carry out the work. So the 10 year warranty is just pixels on their website.
After a 4 week delay, they ripped out our old bathroom. We need to change the bathroom since my wife has had a disability since April. And she was struggling to use the shower inside the bath.
The new equipment was not ordered when the old bathroom was being ripped out.
It started arriving in bits and pieces. But the complete bathroom never arrived. We had to pay Maureen's workers number of times for number of trips to local hardware stores.
The items that did arrive were of very poor quality. As you can see from my images, the toilet seat cover does not fit the toilet and we threw it out as it was much poorer quality than our old one.
The workmen told us that we had to pull a lever inside the cistern to flush the toilet.
The shower head touched the ceiling. Over a period of time, the ceiling would have melted away.
The plumbing was overall so bad that when my wife flushed the toilet the first time, we had dirty water all over the bathroom.
The shower was even worst. The waste water did not drain at all!
The electrics were so badly installed that they would have caused electrocution or death!
The shower floor was not resting on anything solid. Had my wife gone for a shower, she would have crashed right through it causing very serious injury or worse!
The tray was installed before the 5mm flimsy wall. We were assured that we would get a 10mm thick one.
When I approached Maureen about the bathroom, she text me that we needed to give her an opportunity to rectify the situation.
We requested her to come through the next day when we had invited a team of qualified plumber, electrician and joiner to our place. We had to do that since none of Maureen's team are qualified.
Maureen never turned up.
Maureen's team didn't do a good job. They didn't finish the job. And they left all the rubbish in our drive. They even damaged our expensive carpet and paintwork.
We have had to get another company in to rectify the situation as due to my wife's disability, we cannot be without a bathroom.
Please avoid using Maureen Quinn and her company Kitchen Bathroom Designs.
