Kitty Bingo Reviews

For my sins, I like a slot called, The Goonies Megaways, Quest for Treasure, and have played it at a lot of sites.
I take the rough with the smooth, and if I win, I win, and if I lose....etc.

Playing this game yesterday on Kittybingo at my usual £5 per spin, I somehow unlocked a mid-session bonus, something I had never ever encountered before, on any site. I have an instinctive distrust of these bonuses, and so I looked everywhere to see if I could cancel/not accept this, but there was no option to do so. I therefore found myself stuck, mid-session, in having to play out the bonus which was 10 free spins at 10p a time. This was way below my normal bet of £5 per spin, as mentioned above. Anyway, I got through these pointless spins, only for another bonus to pop-up, which this time gave me 20 free, again at 10p a go.

At this point, I contacted live chat and explained the issue, and asked if there was any way to waive the bonus. I was concerned that the slot was at a point where a "feature" would trigger, and instead of it doing so at £5, it would happen at 10p. I was told that there was nothing that could be done, bar accepting the offer and allowing it to expire. I took a chance on playing, but as I feared, a feature triggered and I won a whole £4! Now, I can't say for certain if this would have happened when I was playing for £5, but if it had, simple maths tells me that the return would have been c£200.

An email to the operator, resulted in similar advice to live chat. Having played through this offer, I thought I was clear of them, only to get another today (20 x 10p spins again). Guess what, the same thing happened and my feature winnings were about £7, which using the maths would have been c£350 at £5 a pop.

All very bad, but the measly wins over the last couple of days, don't even appear in my account!
I have sent a complaint email to KB, and I will update this if they respond positively.

In the meantime, steer clear of this game in particular on the site.

If anybody else has received mid session bonuses of pokey little amounts that they are unable to reject, I would be interested to hear from them. Never encountered this before and the cynical me thinks they will suddenly appear, before a feature drops, making the returns much less than they should be.

This is the sort of practice that an unregulated casino would adopt. As KB are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, I expect better.

Truly shocking. Not sure how they’re operating as something is definitely not right. I’ve reported them to GCO & IBAS & the police. This is criminal that a site like this casually operates under the disguise it’s a legitimate fair site when it’s clearly not. Fake games with fake RTPs. If you win they lock your account and demand documents, if you provide they’ll ask for something you haven’t provided. Very sneaky site. Stay well away. Reported to the police and interestingly they want to know more and I have to speak to a specific officer on Monday. Looks like police are aware of past reports and have concerns. This tells you everything. Guys stay away something is not right.

Avoid, had money in my account and wanted to withdraw, before I could they started asking for various proof of identity, a bill from the last three months knowing most people receive most of their bills annually, no screen shots, just basically not wanting to pay out.

It's really shit.

£200 on just can't get a bonus what a waste of time playing them

Very poor. The free spins are not even real money.

Playing against bots. Same user names win. Absolute rip off.

had to do 1 star dont give you the option for none . this site has to be 1 of the worst sites infect the worst site iv ever played on and I have played a lot it just takes takes takes . never a win do not use STAY CLEAR you only need to look at the reviews wish I would have done

The worst bingo.

Considering the reviews I definitely had a very different experience. Deposited £20 and withdrew £70, a quick £50 profit cannot complain at all!

my withdrawal said it was refunded but the winnings are not back in my account. customer service live chat is 0 help saying theirs no representatives to talk to and email will take days to get back to absolute scam i’m calling and emailing getting nothing back and i want my money!!!!

There is nothing bad about this site .. just that a lot of other sites are exactly the same .. but still nice for a bit of enjoyment! X

Rigged 2000 s as md game not even bonus board report gambling COMMISION

AVOID RTP is shocking very little or no bonus at all still waiting on my winnings going into my bank from last week!!! Wins are shocking, I get its gambling but no bonuses and don't say that are random because that's not true yous decide because its certainly not the games, UTTTER CRAP and to not have paid my winnings is worse

Minus minus minus avoid this site at all costs I've just spent £25 on deal or no deal 75 and aunty's Jo wiped the board with big wins every game I'm not a sore lover but when you don't get anything in 8 months and see constant same names something doesn't add up so I suggest you play on this site at your own risk I will see if I win in the draw Tuesday bet I won't then account closing im going elsewhere this sites a tip off

I hate what goes on in chat as there are two players who win all the chat games and block everybody else so you can't see if you won a chat game. It always ends up being them that won. I think they're the same person though have no idea how that's possible. Not really conducive to a friendly chat room when you have players who have blocked everyone for no reason and pocket £10 a day in chat games not leaving anything for anyone else! Selfish behaviour and they ought to be banned. Just taking advantage because they have a faster internet. Horrible chat experience because of those two players. Everyone else is nice and CMs are nice though they're not on all evening. If they sorted out chat and made it fairer it'd be a decent site.

Joke! If you win anything they lock your account and demand all your personal details, passport, driving licence, bank statements, council tax bill, selfie, etc

All the stuff needed to clone your I.D. online

A bit much to play a bit of bingo

Total rip off

This site let me deposit £1000s even though I’m on GAMSTOP, simply used friends account however my bank details
, no questions or checks asked

Avoid!! Paid and played the £10 as new customer, received nothing!!
