I am a old player here .. I offline here for few months due to some emergency. And now I want to back but klassgame site blocked me some how. Don't know why .. I want contact with them but contact with them also blocked.. that's why I ask here how I unblock my account ...?

This evidence is requested only after you make an account, verify your phone number and email, and topup balance. You can only pay products with balance credit, not directly with your own payment method, and for some types of transactions customer pays 2-4% non-refundable transaction fee.
It is a bit too much paranoia, when customer is only buying gift cards, wouldn't you agree?
I haven't gone that far to provide sensitive information to this unpopular platform. I applied for refund and so far seems they are dragging and delay it. So far customer support is responsive and helpfull only with informations. Let's see how responsive they get with the refund. My advice if someone wants to take a risk to buy here, make sure you really don't have a better choice. Then start with small cheap orders, if it goes wrong, you won't lose much.

I've topped up my balance via bank transfer method and never received my money. Support is awful, it's just ignoring me on every channel - whatsapp (no response), email (no response), website feedback form (no response). I've linkedRussian phone number to my account (it is possible, they have such an option on the website) and I'm not able to verify it, cause no sms arrives. To all my inquiries I've attached receipt of the trasaction proving that I've done it right.
