First, this application extremely difficult to use, and the accountants are not responsible for your accounts. They only handle the simplest accounting tasks and, if anything is slightly more complex, they simply say it can’t be done. Even if you’ve confirmed with the tax authorities that it’s possible, they still tell you it can’t be done because they don’t want the hassle. Additionally, when it comes to refunds, they do not issue them casually; you have to pay an extra month’s fee to get a refund. This means that you must pay for at least two months. If you want to stop using it this month, it’s not possible; you still have to pay for the following month, and only after that month ends can you actually stop.

Great app for freelancers! I work as a part time graphical design freelancer. I found Kletta being an excellent app for myself as I can do more or less all the key business admin with Kletta including raisin invoices, claiming expenses, tracking mileages and having an overview of my business activities. It was quite easy to setup as well.

Positively surprised! I started my own gardening business and was looking for an easy way to invoice my clients. After comparing, I ended up with Kletta because other solutions were too expensive for me and lacked mileage tracking or credit card payment. Kletta was most affordable and offered all the functions I needed in an easy way.

We have started to use Kletta for our very small sole trader clients and they love it. Easy to use and contains all the modules they need to use.

It is so easy to use - track and claim mileage, send invoices, follow up receivables, make estimates on future finances etc. I thought that it would be cumbersome so start using Kletta, but in fact it was so intuitive to use that at least I did not need any assistance.

Great tool with very broad set of features! All the functions can be accessed in just few clicks. Claiming expenses, tracking mileages and raising invoices is very easy. I was able to connect my Revolut account without any hassle.
