Una estafa. Menos mal que pagué con PayPal

Una estafa.
Pedí un armario Led para exterior de 960x960mm.
Me hacen un presupuesto de 1000 USD más 400 de portes a España.
Pago un 30% por adelantado, para que preparen el material. Dos semanas después me dicen que ya lo han preparado y que para enviarlo les tengo que pagar el 70%. Me mandan fotos del material y yo les pago el 70%.
Pasan los días y no me envían el material. Les pregunto qué pasa y me dicen que los portes han subido 400 USD, y que si quiero que me lo envíen, pues que pague otros 400USD.
Y hasta hoy.
Afortunadamente pagué con PayPal. Abri la disputa, tanto por el primer pago como por el segundo y en ambos PayPal falló a mi favor, así que todo quedó en un susto..
