**Paying for Subtitles but Still Left Waiting**


I’m really frustrated with how long it takes for subtitles to become available. I pay for KOCOWA so I can watch shows with subtitles, but I often have to wait hours, and sometimes until the next day. For a paid streaming service, I expect subtitles to be available much sooner and more consistently. This happens far too often and really affects the viewing experience. Please improve the subtitle release times for paying customers.

Don't subscribe

The streaming website made it extremely difficult to cancel my subscription and even more difficult to request a deletion of the account and all payment details. The website stated I needed to wait 2 weeks for my information to be deleted. I have never experienced so much difficulty with any other streaming websites. Worst experience
