Stole €1200 euro winnings from me…
Stole €1200 euro winnings from me because of 2x €2.40 euro bets made by mistake when my finger slipped on my phone - this tiny mistake was based on around 8,000 spins.
Their party line is max bet is €2 whilst on bonus spins.
A genuine mistake worth just 0.80c cost me €1200.
They are thieves!
They would not even give me details of where to send legal documents to get my money and just said they are in Europe.
No humanity whatsoever.
That money would have helped me so much having just been diagnosed with cancer - they didn't care one bit and just called stealing my €1200 an "inconvenience".
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS - THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS.
They are not human beings, they are criminals.

really bad casino
really bad casino. return rate about 30 percent. clearly the games have been modified to give less winnings than in other casinos. it's a wonder that casino control doesn't intervene in the operation of this casino.

STAY AWAY
They are so slow on paying out winnings, i won 100k in total.
I only recived 40k of those and rest they was dragging out til i wasted it all on the casino.
Their support is bad, no answers.
Their VIP programm is also garbage, i was VIP yet they couldnt prioritize me or give me better treatment.
STAY AWAY, they will drag out your winnings for how long they can in hope for you to gamble it all away.
VERY BAD
