I asked Paul to source and fit door. After being quoted a 2-3 week time frame and parting with a £700 down payment he came to measure our door frame.
Since then he has not responded to any calls or messages for the last 6 weeks, I am still waiting for him to return my call from when last we spoke.
It is now 2 months later and I still have no door.
We had a new back door fitted as supplied by KPW. A very neat job and we are really pleased with the result. A professional and prompt service from start to finish. We valued the advice provided as part of defining the requirements and would certainly use this company again. Highly recommended.

Paul was quick to respond to my call. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job in replacing our uPVC back door, he explained what he was doing and was very thorough.
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need arises.
Soon as he was paid he didn’t want to know! Promised lots of things but did not deliver, we had a problem with noisy windows so he said he could re trim and seal them all, sending out 2 clowns that did half a job and left after about an hour. I’ve now also noticed they’ve made a right mess with the filler which has stained curtains and carpets!
Paul told us we needed new hinges, baring in mind the windows were already fairly new, so we stupidly trusted him and accepted. He charged us an extra £500 for this and they have made no difference what so over. So charging over £1000 for jobs we could of in effect done ourselves!
He said he’d supply a certificate that we paid extra for, he still has not done that and kept telling us ‘it’s on the way’ he is swerving all calls and doesn’t want to know. AVOID THIS COWBOY!

Hello Lucy. Firstly apologies you are not happy. You contacted me and asked me to seal your windows as they were not installed to regulations. I seem to recall you were “ripped off by a Cowboy”. We sent a sub - you were not happy so I came myself to complete all works, the very next day. You asked me to look at windows that did not close properly and a bi folding door that needed adjustment; windows you had supplied by others were very poorly manufactured and didn’t close properly so I recommended new hinges to ensure the windows could operate properly. Same with your door, I did not pressure sell you additional services you asked my for opinion as an approved installer and I gave it. If you could have done the jobs yourself then I’m not really sure why you called me in the first place? Also a point to note we attended in March so I’m not not sure how in September you can blame us for marks on your carpet and curtains but had you made us aware of the issues at the time not nearly 6 months later in a seething review we would have certainly provided our insurance details to get the issue rectified.
All paperwork was issued on the 24/3 the date of your invoice - after your work was completed, I can provide duplicates if required. I’d be happy to discuss further. Yours Cowboy Paul.
EXCELLENT from time of initial call for the quote to completion of the job. Very professional and extremely detailed in completion of the job so to not ruin the outdoor wall. Due to a job over running they came on a Sunday so not to let me down. Very happy and will highly recommend them and use again in the future. Thank you.
