Very great at misinforming people
Very great at misinforming people, getting them to sign an agreement and then collecting the money and sending out random invoices without any notification. Very unprofessional

Krak has had complete false marketing…
Krak has had complete false marketing and here's why.
I was contacted by a salesman which name I will leave out of this. After speaking to him multiple times, he ended up convincing me to get started with Krak because I would get a lot of customers apparently.
With that said, with summer vacation coming, I said I will sign a contract, but the start date had to be first of August.
I then asked, what would happen, if I decided before August that I didn't want to move forward afterall. The salesman then told me that he will simply just cancel the contract as long as I let him know before August.
From there, I cancelled my contract before August, then the sales man of course told me that I can't do it because it is binding. He went back on what he said completely which means he literally just made something up in order to get me to sign.
Since then I have received invoices from Krak, and I have responded multiple times saying I am not paying it while telling them my situation.
They never answer those emails and just continue to send invoices.
I will never pay this invoice, and I want someone to answer me already.
The customer service is extremely dissapointing, and so was the salesman, who also tried to call me over 19 times to try and sell extra cities to me.
Complete joke.
