Extremely slow in delivering products/medicines.

On saturday may the 9th I had a foodpoisining. And I needed a anti diarrhea medcin. My neighbour visited Kronans (royal) Apotek in Nora in Sweden and bought a box Dimor 2 mg.
She handed me the package on saturday morning. When I opened the box 4 pills where missing. I made a picture of the strips with the missing pills and concluded that the box had been opened before.
So I decided to go there and do a reclamation. The assistent said to me, after talking with her boss (I presume a farmacist), that such things didn't happen at this farmacy. And that my neighbour perhaps had taken the pills. I had forgotten my telephone and went there a second time on the same mondaymorning the 11th of May for showing the picture. The reaction was: the picture didn't show anything and such thing didn;t happen. I was in the queu two times for ca 10 minutes.
So I decided to send an email to the farmacy, would have a reaction within 48 hours : no reaction.

We ordered two prescription medications from Kronans Apotek with a total value close to SEK 10,000. Only one was delivered. That left us, as the customer, with a loss of almost SEK 5,000 for medication that was paid for but never received.

The response from Kronans Apotek was deeply unsatisfactory. We were told more than once that a second package was on its way, only to later be told this was a warehouse “double booking” error. We were then informed that, because the recorded package weight allegedly showed two items were dispatched, they considered the matter resolved.

The problem is simple: only one prescription medication arrived.

What makes this even more concerning is that the parcel contained no documentation at all. Normally, with prescription medication, there should be clear paperwork showing the contents, and there are usually proper notifications linked to dispatch and collection. In this case, that documentation was absent.

Despite this, the only compensation offered for the inconvenience and loss was a SEK 100 online voucher. That voucher cannot even be used for prescription medication. Offering SEK 100 in response to a customer losing almost SEK 5,000 on a failed prescription order is not a serious or credible way to handle a matter of this kind.

This was not an ordinary retail issue. It concerned prescription medication, where accuracy, traceability, and accountability should be non-negotiable. Based on our experience, we would not trust Kronans Apotek with online prescription orders again.

Thank you for the reply, but this review was written only after repeated contact with customer service by both email and phone, and after being told that your decision was final. Asking us to contact customer service again is therefore not a meaningful response.

The issue remains that we paid for two prescription medications and only one was delivered. A SEK 100 voucher, which cannot even be used for prescription medication, is not a credible response to a loss of almost SEK 5,000.

I receive a good help with information about the products, the experience was good 👍

Misleading and total lack of customer service

The worst online service I ever experienced, I ordered allergi milk to be delivered for my child, made orden on Sunday they accepted the order on Tuesday, when trying to communicate on mobile no response. My child did is still waiting

Bad experience, terrible customer service. They refused to process a return. I will never purchase from them again.

The delivery was delayed for 2 days, very unpleasant experience

Never go to Kronans Apotek in Alvikstorg! Terrible customer service and extremely rude older woman at the cashier. They will never get my business again

It is always has been great experience to shop at Kronan pharmacy. Fast shipping or collect from Kronan store, my favorite. You feel welcome when you visit Kronan store.

During the booking the delivery date was set today. Today it is set on the eleventh of April. That’s an increase from one day to seven. What happened?
