Went to Krystal on North Parkway and just got a order of medium fries when I got home to actually look at them it was more like a small. I only stopped cause I had a long 12 hour day at work and I already had a hamburger. Thats why I don't go to restaurants often and I prepare my own food. $3.60

I placed my order at 09:55AM at the Krystal's2805 East South Blvd, Montgomery, Alabama-36116(#MNT001). What I originally ordered was not available, I originally ordered was the three egg (eggs fried hard), breakfast with biscuit and tots with a side of extra bacon with orange juice. What I received was not what I wanted however, I paid for it any way. No biscuits ready at all and no tots this morning. "For the record, No I do not wish to work at this location or any other at all."-Calvinette Ann Dixon. Less than three minutes later a biscuit magically floated out to an associate of mine. The toast was eww and No Thank You in the Garbage it goes and where it should stay. The breakfast was cold. The long wait for less than mediocre is uncalled for. I will not be back at all.

No More Krystal

For the last several days I have found that the Fast Food industry has become as corrupt as any politician in this country. The Krystal at 5814 Normandy Blvd. I ordered a combo and at regular size. When I got to the window I noticed that the drink was much larger than a regular size commenting to the lady " is that regular size ?" she nodded yes, but as I pulled away my receipt showed that they had in fact charged me for the large. The manager would not come to the window, but told the lady to give me fifty cents and say your sorry. I am done with this establishment, the burgers were cold and smashed in the boxes served with cold fries. I have tried to report to Krystal at times, but they do not want an honest complaint as long as the money keeps rolling in.
