Excellent experience from start to finish.

Declan and the whole team at KT Lake Paving & Landscaping were fantastic throughout our project. They completed our back patio and front garden to a very high standard, and we are extremely happy with the final result.

The team were professional, hardworking, polite and reliable every day. Communication was always clear, the work was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

We also really appreciated their honesty and flexibility in helping us stay within budget without compromising on quality.

It’s not always easy finding trustworthy contractors, so we’re very grateful we chose KT Lake. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for paving or landscaping work.

Superb company! This is the fourth time we've used them. Declan gave us a quote for a fiddly back garden which had an awkward level change, side passage way and front hard standing. Fixed price quote given back in October 25 and price honoured some 6 months later April 26 despite fuel and other costs rising considerably.
A team of three arrived everyday at 8am and worked flat out, sometimes joined by Declan. Really nice lads and honestly nothing was too much trouble. I was quite particular about how I wanted the back garden to look and they achieved it for me. They even relocated a couple of plants. Everyday they checked that I was happy with the progress.
Several layers go into making a really solid base before the final resin finish goes down. I have total confidence that this is hard standing that is built to last!
I like that the team are employees of the company and not hired sub contractors. They have all the right equipment to get the job done.
Summing up we were watching them lay the bullnose blocks around the borders and the attention to detail was such that my husband said "it's as if they are doing the job for their own home". That's what the level of care taken felt like.

What a great job and professional company - completed replacing new walls and front steps, Tar and chip drive removing 3 huge tree roots and finished with a resin entrance drive in 8 working days - Top Top Job - It looks fantastic. Declan's team arrived before 8am every morning and worked flat out, some days in terrible weather conditions. I could not give a higher recommendation. They know what they are doing and are brilliant at what they do. Trust me - give them a call. You might have to wait a few weeks as they are always busy, but entirely worth the wait - no brainer

The front and drive of the house we had moved into was just a scabby base layer. We contacted a few companies but settled on KT Lake as Declan proved, knowledgeable and straight forward. We agreed a price and a date. Declan said they would be in touch the week before to confirm and no payment was required until we were happy with the finished job. All went as agreed. He contacted us the week before, his team arrived first thing Monday morning and they finished in 4 days. They dug out and replaced the scabby base layer, installed a soak away, removed 2 old tree stumps, brick weaved the drive and pebbled the whole front area. His team were truthfully, a delight. Why cant all companies be like this?

I couldn't recommend KT Lake Paving enough! The guys came round and gave us a detailed quote following our instructions on what we wanted from our new garden. After 5 days of work, they completely transformed our garden into a modern living space what we can enjoy as a family. Throughout the process, the team were efficient, professional and approachable, and delivered exceptional results.

I cannot recommend Declan and his team enough! Honestly the service start to finish! Quote was scheduled in quick and given price on the day! We booked right away and they are just so hard working, kind and polite and quick! Honestly the transformation we went from a mud pit garden to an incredible usable garden that I love so much.

An excellent service from the quotation to the finished job. The 4 lads worked really hard through some extremely cold weather they were polite and respectful a credit to the company. We are delighted with the finished work and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others. Also lots of compliments from neighbours !

Originally we used KT Lake to lay the original patio about 19yrs ago. In 2019 we had to repair the grout after the usual erosion again KT Lake were used so when it came to a patio extension it was a no brainier. Back to KT Lake who have not disappointed, professional from the quotation with Declan who checked on his 4 boys throughout but who did a fabulous job on their own. They worked throughout small showers & chilly days without complaint.
Bearing in mind they moved over 20 ton of soil before they left they’d cleaned the whole area so you’d never have known they’d been. Even when the large lorry damaged a neighbours grass verge they stepped forward to repair without query. An excellent job and no hesitation in returning again for any future projects and would heartily recommend their services.

I’ve used KT Lake for three separate jobs now, one for a new part driveway, new entrance wall and gates. Then a cobbled drive entrance and lastly a beautiful resin back garden with raised planters. Declan and his team go above and beyond to leave everthing expertly finished to the highest standards.

I would like to thank Declan and all his team for a transforming our driveway which goes over a culvert.,We were very nervous about anyone attempting this as it needed to be kept structurally safe .We looked at KT Lake Paving & Landscaping reviews and made a call to KTL ,Declan came round and explained how they were going to keep the culvert safe and strong.We also asked to have railings on either side of the driveway made of wood.
His hard working , polite and helpful team arrived on time every day and completed on time as explained by Declan .The drive and railings look amazing and we have had so many comments from people walking passed even a lorry driver stopped say what a great job they had done.
We cannot recommend this company enough completely trustworthy and honest

Karl was polite and professional he was prompt with communication.
We needed our resin works completed asap due to selling house, karl squeezed us in quickly which has allowed us to now sell the best looking house down the street thanks to the well laid resin, setting us a notch above the rest.
I am in the building trade and considered laying it myself (not used to having to get trades in), but now after seeing how the (friendly) team work hard, constantly and professionally, I am grateful I did not put myself through the pain of it all, while learning by protentionally expensive mistakes, after all it is the experience and knowledge we pay for. Bonus, also I still have my knees and back in one piece.

KT Lake recently undertook the laying of a new patio in my back garden. The work is excellent and conducted in a professional manner from start to finish. I would recommend the company to anyone and should I need such work again I will go straight back to them. I can recommend them with no reservation whatsoever.

I wanted to share our experience of KT Lake and the pleasure our new Patio has brought us. We agonised for weeks over the layout and size of the area we wanted and once decided we had 2 reputable patio firms and a builder quote for the work. All prices varied and seemed OK but we felt as if we would end up with just slabs and nothing particularly special. We found KT Lake’s website and the testimonials encouraged us to obtain one final quote. I’m happy to say that this was the best decision of all. Karl came out and walked us through the entire process and although they weren’t the ‘cheapest’ the way the patio was to be fitted, the design help Karl gave us and the extra work they ‘included as standard’ set them apart and made their price the best by far.
Karl walked us through designs, colours, ordered us samples and discussed at length how they would overcome tricky angles around the hot tub. The deal was done on a firm handshake and everything started on time. Ben and Steve were perfect gentlemen, the site was cleared and tidied every night and even when we asked for a design change the guys dry laid it for us to see.
If you’re looking for a patio to add ‘that something’ to your home then KT Lake certainly delivered beyond our expectations. From the start to the end nothing was too much trouble, everything went as planned, the process was explained to us and they finished off with some topsoil and other little extras that we know the other companies wouldn’t have done…….it’s more than obvious that KT Lake are passionate about their work. As Karl said, his business is built on reputation and in this climate where it’s easy to simply go with the cheapest quote his workmanship and company approach will continue to win him more projects.
Our home has now gained a great area where we can entertain and enjoy the summer. We couldn’t be more pleased and the great comments we receive from everyone that sees it. It feels like an extra room to our home now.
