Do not buy from these charlatans

There is an unauthorized Australian website (kushqueensupply.com) that has been illegally impersonating our brand and misleading customers. Unfortunately, we’ve seen a few reports of fraudulent behavior from this site, including the exact issues you described. We have already taken action against them and continue to pursue removal efforts.

Highly Reccomend The THCA Products
I rated this 4 stars before but I gotta change it. They changed it up with these new strain batches. It always gets to my place within a week, and they’ve stepped up their game with shipping too I feel like. The flower that used to be ‘Okay’ is almost exceptional now. HIGHLY reccomend the BBM and Skywalker Og Strains.

Disappointing Product & Misleading Shipping
I’m a beginner with this kind of product, so I was really excited to try the cookie after reading so many reviews about how relaxing and calming it was. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I followed the recommended dosage and waited about 30 minutes to an hour, but I felt absolutely nothing. I even tried a bit more, but still didn’t notice any effect at all. Also the cookie was more crumbly than soft so don’t expect a high quality cookie if you order from here. Expect it to crumble a bit before it gets to your house.

Your order was placed on the evening of Tuesday Sept. 23rd and shipped Thursday Sept. 25th. It was delivered on Monday, Sept. 29th the 4th business day from ordering so the requested refund in your email would not have been applicable.
In the shipping industry, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. While it might feel like 6 calendar days, the delivery did in fact fall within the advertised 2–4 business day window for Priority shipping.
We understand how this can be confusing and as a small team we are always working on improving our site. Thank you again for your thought to make the difference between processing and shipping timelines more transparent at checkout.
