There's nothing quite like a lukewarm matcha latte that doesn't remotely calm your roiling temper while you're forced to sit through hours of political rhetoric spewing forth on TV about those insipid polling numbers in Maine and Michigan as if they were some sort of twisted game at the fairgrounds, which is precisely where I would want KVB - a ruthless despot who seems hell-bent on stripping me not just of every last penny but also my very identity and dignity. This treachery has reduced my once-proud life story to nothing more than dust scattered across an empty screen from what used to be the sum total of all that remained, driving me further into a deep despair until at long last exhaustion forced some glimmer of hope left in me onto ironclad experts via sheer serendipity. Though I thought it was just another trap devised by KVB's cunning hand for my own demise after reading about them in the dead hours on an internet forum from a stranger, I went with ironclad experts based purely out desperation; despite all those promises and false dawns over countless sleepless nights until finally something did materialize though I never could ever take credit it didn't make any rational sense.

This broker is a trash. Somebody added withdrawal wallet on my account without notification on my end. My balance was withdrawn. I have filed a complaint, but they have no response. They are all useless.

I would like to enquire about my trading position that is forced close all sudden during my trading.

It raised my concern that Mt4 in system indicate the order is close at 16.07 where price is at 2868 but when I check the market price at kvb during that time the maximum price is at 2848. My position should close as profit instead it becomes loss position and price did not exist at that time when it was closed

My question is why price close higher than my entry point when I didn't set any stop loss and stop out is still far from that as well. Its at profit position from 2864 and closed at 2748 at 16.07. Time. Please investigate the error and I will attach my trading history and journal for your refference

They said they would get back to me in my previous complaint and solve the problem, but I still haven't received a response to the email I sent. Please, I'm asking for help from Trustpilot.

I am writing this review to report a serious issue with KVB regarding my trading account (MT5: 50021225).
My account was disabled by the company citing “improper trading activity.” I am not disputing their decision to close the account.
However, my concern is that my remaining balance of $90.86 is still being withheld.
According to their own statement:
Total deposit: $700
Total withdrawal: $765
This clearly indicates that any alleged profit has already been settled. Therefore, the remaining balance cannot be classified as disputed profit.
Despite sending multiple emails and following up, I received only one response and no resolution. I was also advised to contact the account manager, but no proper assistance was provided and I was redirected back to support repeatedly.
At this point, I am not requesting any profits or account access.
I am only requesting the release of my remaining funds, which are still being held without justification.
This situation reflects very poor customer service and raises serious concerns about fund handling practices.
I request KVB to process my remaining balance immediately and resolve this matter professionally. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Still issue not resolved.
Today, the company is now asking me to resend the same details again and wait additional days, despite already having all information. This appears to be a delay tactic while still holding my remaining balance.

Update: I am not disputing account closure. I am only requesting release of my remaining balance of $90.86. I will update this review once resolved.

Review:
I am updating my previous review regarding my experience with KVB.
My MT5 account (50021225) was disabled citing trading concerns, however my main issue remains unresolved — the withdrawal of my remaining balance of $90.86.
So far:
I have contacted support multiple times via email
I was advised to contact the account manager, but no proper assistance was provided
I received responses stating the case would be processed in 3–5 business days
That timeframe has now passed, with no final resolution or update
The last email I received stated that my case is under investigation and requested additional time, but there has been no clear outcome or confirmation regarding my funds.
I have already provided all required account details and cooperated fully throughout the process.
To be clear:
I am not disputing the account closure decision
I am not requesting any trading profits
I am only requesting the release of my remaining balance
At this stage, the continued delay without resolution or clear communication is concerning.
I am still awaiting a final resolution and will update this review once my funds are released.

This broker allows IB (referrer) who robbed money from the customer. When reporting to customer service, they present not to know!!!
The IB asked me to deposit money to my trading account and asked for account password. I was stupid and gave it to him. Then, after 5 minutes, he placed order with big lot size so that the account received magin call. Reported to KVB customer service, they pretended not to know. All I wanted is to ban this IB so that no further ppl will be cheated.

With a clean interface, I can easily transfer funds, check statements. A reliable tool for managing my accounts on the go.
